Do you really need to go to live football these days to be able to study the game? If you have SS and Setanta on the box at home, you can gauge a lot from what you see. KK has been involved in football for most of his life, only left the game in 2005 and has been involved with it ever since in the Soccer Circus. Could someone tell me whether the Soccer Circus is coaching youngsters or is it an all ages sort of interaction?

I wouldnt go that far. I lived in Newcastle (under lyme) for 3 year and that was much the better place than Stoke town itself. Quite an insular place but met some great people. Stoke Town Centre is a hole

He was grinning with delight right through the interview. Amazing what a week in football does

The whole team got raped against Man U though. But watching the first half against the second, you would think it was a different game. Towards the end of the first half, Enrique looked to have grown in confidence. To be fair, the first half wasnt bad, ok we still werent creating much but at least we were having a go. -
Zog is a class act, certainly not afraid to take people on.

Kev needs to bring in experience and knowledge. The scouting network must have been developed anyway so cant see why that cant continue??

Ill be honest I havent been to the games this season but from what Ive seen on TV, he looked suspect. It cant help him if he's come to this country and then found himself 2nd choice to a winger. I didnt think much of his performance against Man Utd although he did start to come on a bit towards the end of the first half. -
The prospect of having a right footer on the right and lefty on the left is pretty mouth watering! Football is a simple game, made to look difficult by "tacticians".
-
Zog could be that midfielder who opens the door. If Duff gets his form back, then Zoggy will be pushed into the centre I would imagine, just need someone strong enough to soak up the pressure alongside him

pity we couldnt get a clean sheet - dirtied by a former mackem

BBC Online: - "Keegan busy signing autographs over at St James' Park while owner Mike Ashley looks decidedly smug, like a boy who knows he has just pulled the best-looking treacle at a youth club disco. " :nufc:

Lowes reckons Fazakerly wouldnt want to come back as he's currently happy at Citeh. Carver would be an option for me, especially as he's just out of a job -
