  1. They should rename pregnancy as the driving my drunk partner every where period.

  3. you been drinking parky lad?
  4. puts another tenner on mantelpiece
  5. Must of been a knock to the head tbh if he's planning on buying a club with no money. it was..... "Cleland walks with the aid of a stick after suffering a stroke in 2004. He runs the charity Headlight and said: "I'm demonstrating that people who've had brain injuries can recover. "Some might argue it took my brain injury to be interested in Newcastle United." Bit unfortunate having a stroke whilst driving mind. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish...86908-20777703/
  6. Keeglars job obviously only became untenable after the facts. He was likely being fed the same crap as the rest of us. Of course it was only going to come to a head when the window slammed shut and ideals and assurances lay shattered on the floor, like so many Geordie hearts and dreams.
  7. Wise is a cunt, are we all agreed on that at least?
  8. Did you think selling Woodgate was good business? How about selling off BR Pud? Seeing as we're changing the subject. I'm not changing the subject at all, I think both were good business as long as the money was to be reinvested into the club, even if we would have to wait until january. That long is, and probably always was, to the moon and back. Good business based upon conjecture is NOT good business.

  10. Not sure why I would, I haven't been on there before all of this blew up if that's what you're getting at, something to do with Leazes going into a massive rant (you know the sort) because I told Shearergol that he preferred Ricardo Fuller when he suggested that he liked Jason Roberts. That and the fact that Ant and Wacky were hardly posting which left me with Leazes Mag, NE5 and Stone Cold Stevie which are all the same person, so whats the point in starting threads to try and keep the place busy? Let it die. I was joking man. It's obvious because of the way you've gone on since Ashley fucked the club up. That's because I genuinely don't think Ashley has done much wrong apart from employing Keegan in the first place. Cobblers. he's brought a right bunch of nobbers who mean nothing to the club and are just his mates. The recruitment procedure seems to have involved his and/or his cronies little black book. Llabia man! FFS! I don't really have a problem with him bringing in people that he trusts, I've never met Llambias but apart from his PR being shite I don't know how well he was doing his job to be able to comment. Jimenez seems to have his head screwed on and getting £12 million for Milner is possibly the best business we've ever done, between him, Wisa and Vetere I think we've brought some very good players in even if we didn't get all of the players that we need, but when was the last time that happened? Getting £12m for Milner would have been great business if we had a decent replacement nailed on. It just looks like abject greed, which I think hindsight will decree as Ashley and his cronies' legacy.

  12. 1. Yes, one of the committee is looking into the pro's and cons, my understanding of it though is that SD is for the setting up of trusts ie with a view to purchasing at least a slice of the club. Thats not something thats currently on the agenda for us, its always a possibility but I think SD insist on it being the aim of your association if you want to be part of them. More will be known next week however. 2. It is 'not for profit' and as I said in an earlier post all relevant auditing etc will be carried out, I couldnt honestly say who will be doing those audits as I dont think theyve been looked at yet. But it will all be done and done properly. 3. Im not sure on the honourary president but, we are arranging honourary memberships though. Just to confirm though are you saying you'd trust it more if we 'installed some ex player as a pretend boss'? no - i just though it might be a good idea in general. doesnt have to be an ex player - i just thought a supporters club with an honourary president might sound a bit more 'official' (for want of a better word) and might have a bit more weight behind it. This could give Gazza a reason to live?
  13. it was there, just didn't tell you!
  14. They're clearly speaking deeply to a lot of people. I think it's time I gave this lot another go...
  15. You make me sound like Hitler with your foundationless geography patter. The thing about you is, you try to promote yourself as some bland articulate intellectual, then you go and spoil it all by spelling board as "bored". Nah, not Hitler. I doubt you have his flair for oratory. The bored thing is obviously some Freudian slip, a subconcious reaction to reference to Danny Zzzzzz By the by? I don't think I'm intellectual. what about bland though?
  16. Tyskie then Strongbow....for shame.
  17. good on ya Mal. My £10 is sitting on the mantelpiece, ready to go.
