I would like to add, acknowledging this was an avoidable and inexcusable incident as has been stated by everyone, that if this becomes a major hullabaloo in school, with the head teacher, lawyers and fuck knows who else it may result in greater psychological damage to your child than just a quiet chat with the head and everyone learning something from it. Did anyone watch the series Fringe? A few years old now. The first couple of episodes are shite but once out the way it's quite entertaining/silly - it's similar to X-files. One highlight is the mad professor who's a psychedelics fiend. Every 10 minutes he's coming out with something like, 'hmm, well they're not the drugs I'd like to be taking but they'll do.' In order to solve cases the fit leading lass keeps stripping into a bikini and getting into a sensory deprivation tank whilst the loopy professor loads her up with LSD. Bonkers.

I'm with Chez, I've had enough of sniping and constant regurgitation and obsession over stuff we can do fuck all about anyway. Look at the positives in a sensible way. We seem to be doing okay for now, I'd just like to enjoy it. Debating the minutiae has been fully overcooked, and doing so with a view on the past doubly so. It's not the past, and the world is very different anyway. Let's see how we can get on in the present, a competitive hard working team with a soupçon of flair.

Just had the second weekend of my new catering biz, sold out of food, turned a canny profit. Knackered but satisfied.
