    Ive had big problems with this, had about 3 months of hell a year ago. Stopping the booze has massively improved the quality of my sleep. Also, I never take the laptop to the bedroom. Having said that I think the major cause of this is often worry or a niggling sense that something is wrong, even if you can't consciously resolve what it is.

Pardew's tactics, approach and excuses are all questionable, I don't think he has the tools in his bag to get us out of this, but we're fucked at least until Ashley goes so relegation or not, new manager or not, it's same shit different wrapping.
