Was looking forward to the Fulham pissup too....!

I never really was a fan either until I listened to a few of their songs, new & old. Was great to hear them play those songs that got me hooked. All thou I don't really like there harder stuff they still got the place rocking and didn't disappoint at all. Kelly Jones has great voice and their music was quality. The one band I want to go and see would definitely be Coldplay, but it was a sell out before I even knew they were playing here...!

Fooking class!! Truly awsome! The place was jumping from the 1st song, Superman, to the last, Dakota! They played all my favourite Stereophonic songs Just Looking, Mr Writer, A Thousand Trees, Traffic, Hurry up & Wait. Maybe Tomorrow. Surprised they didn't play Have a nice day, but all the same they mixed it with some classics and some slightly harder stuff which got the crowd buzzing. I'm not normally one for going to concerts week in week out but the girl friend bought the tickets so it was a great experience for me. Did anybody else go last night? http://icnewcastle.icnetwork.co.uk/0300ent...-name_page.html

They need to sack that dipstick as soon as possible, bring in Stuart Pearce so he can make those lads work for there place in the side. Would be nice to see effective tactics too rather than waste talent like that on the pitch. We also need a new leader instead of that clueless pansy...! ..........Owen...Rooney...Wrighty Garrard.........Lampard.......Beckham ......................Parker Woodgate.......Terry©.......Carragher ....................Robinson

Michael Owen plays for Newcastle........... it's gonna take a while to sink in C'MON!!
-
Shame he's suspended, but I'm over the moon to see him back here again!
-
On the bench, unless we play five in midfield or Dyer playing off the front two. I think he'll be injured most of the time tbh thou...!
-
Somebody shoot him before he's asked anything else...!

They are pushing it, but at least it probably gives Milner more 1st team football and it still makes him our player so yes I'd agree to that deal.
-
I'm surprised nobody lynched him. Probably more so disappointed tbh.

Not a bad looking starting 11. I can see a lot of moaning comimg from Dyer if we do get Nobby. There's no place for him really...! .............OWEN....SHEARER LUQUE....EMRE......PARKER...SOLANO BABA.....TAYLOR.....BOUM.........CARR .....................GVEN _______________________________ Well maybe, but....err...! ..........OWEN...SHEARER LUQUE........DYER.........SOLANO ...........EMRE.....PARKER ...TAYLOR...BOUM....BRAMBLE .................GIVEN ?

Im probably going to be shot down in flames here but I think we should give Souness a couple of games to see how its going, if he doesnt get the tactics right with the likes of Owen, Luque and hopefully Nobby in the team then we go all out to get on his back and destroy the bloke. At the end of the day, Souness is the man who brought Owen to the Toon he deserves a little time to gel the team and move us on. 23477[/snapback] I agree my long legged friend I can just see supporters in the ground jumping on him thou if things go tits up when we've got the likes of those players out there. . All thou most of the time I like to be positive about things I can't say I'm too confident as far as his tactics go, but Hopefully in the next two games Souness can prove us wrong....
-
Don’t get me wrong I'm over the moon and I fully appreciate how they've gone about getting their man, but now it's time to do the business on the pitch. If there ever was a time for Souness to be under severe pressure, it's now, GET IT RIGHT! C'MON!! I'm a little worried about the injuries to Dyer & Emre as you know how affective we play with them involved in creating play, but I'm hopeful Luque will do a job in the mean time, and possibly Nobby!

Given 7 - There's only so much he can do. Carr 6 - There's only so much he can do as far as his ability goes...! Babayaro 5 - Tried and all thou was decent in spells failed to make any impact. Taylor 9 - Was absolutely immense yet again, but like Given there's only so much he can do. Boumsong 4 - Very poor in my opinion. When he did get the ball his passing was awful and don't get me started with his defending. When a ball comes into the box a defenders job is to get it away immediately, not fuck about like he did. Bowyer 5 - Failed to make an impact and could have added another goal for Manure with a mindless back pass. Parker 9 - One of few great players in our starting 11. It's a team game thou so again there's only so much the lad can do. Emre 7 - Looked very lively starting the game battling away in midfield, but unfortunately like Dyer he was rushed in too quickly and was forced out of the game due to injury. Dyer 3 - Should not have started or been anywhere near a football pitch. Clearly unfit and clearly still had problems with his ever lasting hamstring injury. Luque 6 - Made an impressive start but faded like most of our team in the 2nd half. Will need time to adapt, especially playing for us...! Shearer 6 - did have a couple of chances but failed to hit the target. As far as his work rate goes again there's only so much he could do due to the lack of service he was getting. Ameobi 6 - I thought he got stuck in when he came on and worked hard on and off the ball, but like Shearer failed to make an impact on goal Faye 4 - Why was he bought? Even with the limited ability to defend he was useless. Jenas 6 - Tried to get stuck in but failed to make any impact. Probably the last we'll see of him.
