As far as our insulation criteria goes we look to see if the householder is in an area of regeneration through your post code, which in my case turned out to be the case in which I received the free measures. We also look to see if anyone within that household is on any benefits. We have chosen 12 different benefits in which you may qualify to get he job done for free. We also look to see if it is local authority or owner occupied, in which you would qualify if its owner occupied, or private rented. Lastly we have an fuel poverty calculation which we use. Basically it calculates from your income and heating appliances used how much you'd spend on your heating bills a year. If it's a substantial amount and calculates over 8% on our system you will be entitled to get the job done for free. As far as our central heating scheme is concerned we do use a different criteria due to the funding we have of this four year project. So, we look to see if your owner occupied, 10% and over in fuel poverty, in a RDF area of funding which again we check through your postcode and also if your not receiving any benefits at all. Great news having Bramble back. I think Steven Taylor is such a matured player of quality for his age Boumsong doesn't really know where he stands. It seems to me like a physiological thing as he watches Taylor do most of the work needed commanding the game well he seems to feel and play like he's unneeded...! Alongside Titus he seems to feel more Responsibility which allows both him and Bramble to play their game. I suppose that's one way of looking at it. On a different note I thought Rampage did a good enough job to keep his place, so Babayaro can take his time in easing back into things. Taylor could very well keep Carr out of the picture, but that's up to him. Can you see him playing a full game thou? He might be 90/100% fit but he still hasn't had any match practice in a good while. Personally I'd play him in the last 20/25 minutes if anything but knowing Souness he'll put him in there right from the go and take him off near the end of the game. I'm sure he knows better than me but judging on how he's handled Dyer & Emre in the past coming back from injuries believe it or not I do doubt his man management skills...!

It's just a 2600 Yamara, but since I do own a region 1 dvd I was just wondering if there were some way in possibly making an adjustment so I can play it? From what I'd read of Boumsong before he came here in honesty he was never said to be as consistent and solid as people made him out to be after his good start with us. It seems that inconsistency is creeping in showing a side of him we were hoping not to see. I do hope that he puts things right again but I just feel Bramble and Taylor will come better. Sure Titus might fall on his arse once or twice but his class as a centre-back for what he can truly offer can never be doubted. He's a must now and he's got the support of everyone involved with the club to push him in the right direction, same can be said about Taylor....so where does that leave Boum's inconsistency?

The one who was effing & blinding was a young lass sitting there with a baby in her arms while the two charver lads looked on.
