They normally have a massive screen set up at the Centre of Life outside. That shouldn't be too bad. It's on at the Carling Academy too where you've got a bar either side or a bar at the back. Around my mate's flat might be a good idea, but I just know I'd probably regret not being out in town with the atmosphere and everything. You normally only get one group of dickheads jumping about like that throughout the game, but what I tend to do is not stand next to them...!

When the weather's like this thou all you think about is getting out and having a pint, etc.

RIP big fella

With all the European experience most of these players have they should be able to cope and know what to expect so we shouldn't see any frustration to a degree where it will affect our moral...or so I'm hoping...!

I feel I should take matters further after seeing this filth by having her phone number and have a little chat with the poor perverted girl. -

Let me examine this disgusting piece of footage so I can advise those who are easily offended not to see it. -

I like the part where the guy in the red comes up behind Bas and puts his hand on his shoulder ....... 'Wrong move! Don't do that to El Guapo!' Bas's nickname There's another part where he's behind Bas with a knife to his throat where Bas grabs his arm and says 'He tried to kill me! So, I gotta return the favour!' 'I step underneath here and now I'm controlling him, with my hand and I can stab his own knife here in the liver....stab in the liver, stab in the liver'

Here's a few submissions which you'd use in brazilian jujitsu. You see these submissions happen a lot in MMA events when the fight goes to the ground. Believe me, they are very effective. It's MMA talk You have your stand-up boxing & muay thai along with your ground-game, mainly brazilian jujitsu, grappling & wrestling to be an all-round fighter.
-
Ah! But I was talking one on one! You could develop shins of steel like Ross Pettifer in this clip through Muay Thai if some one wants to have a sly kick at you.
-
Or the gay porn industry... 145455[/snapback] Oh well, next time your out and somebody is on top of you about to pound your head into the ground it doesn't matter about jujitsu because you’re getting pounded on like a man! Rather then grabbing his arm breaking it like they would in a gay porno...! What’s a boxer going to do if someone rushes him, grabs him and slams him on the ground? He’s got no ground-game so he can’t do anything. Your leg has a longer reach than your arm anyways. Boxers tend to stand off balance leading with their left to simply use a jab rather stand firm on the ground so you can be just as effective with your left as you would with your right.

Check out this young fella's skills for those who don't understand jujitsu or grappling. If he keeps it up he's gonna be a big star in MMA. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwtvco4eeMk...D%3D1%26pc%3D37

And that's why everyone should take up MMA....! Bollocks to one style or one form of martial art or combat sport in general. If you want to be able to defend yourself then you need to be prepared all-round as a fight can go to the ground. Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jujitsu would be very effective to start training in along with MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) which involves submissions, grappling, strikes, wrestling & ground & pound. The sad fact is it could happen to you so why not be prepared and give them a taste of their own medicine if it does. If anybody is interested, even just for the training side of it, not necessarily to fight at amateur, semi pro or professional level then get yourself along to these classes. You'll also be doing work on the pads with kicking, punching, elbow & knee combinations and also circuit training to build your stamina up. Musclebox Gym - Byker East End Muay Thai Training Times Training Times are as follows: Tuesday = 12.00 - 13.30 / 19.00 - 20.30 Thursday = 12.00 - 13.30 / 19.00 - 20.30 Saturday = 14.00 - 15.30 Sunday = 11.00 - 12.30 Instructor - Barry Norman Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Training Times Training Times are as follows: Wednesday = 19.00 - 21.00 Saturday = 15.30 - 17.00 Instructor - Pete Irving Elswick Pool - Elswick West End Brazilian Jujitsu Training Times Monday = 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm Wednesday = 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm Friday = 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm Instructor - Dave "Speedy" Elliot

I can honestly see there being no animosity anymore when she's booted out. She's the one who keeps talking about 'our group' those two faced backstabber’s then seconds later talks to them as if they are best of mates. If you take a look on this fansite at who people want to see evicted next it comes to no surprise really... http://www.bigbrotheronline.co.uk/
-
Honestly, Grace is the most two faced back stabbing cow in there yet she has the nerve when she stirs things up to act the honest level headed one by telling people to calm down and talk about how SHE hates back stabbers. She's without doubt the next one in line to be booted out. *rant over*

My granddad told me not long ago that his brother Norman, who lives over in Lemington and is a bricky part time, knocked some charver out stone cold who was in his twenties after he'd heard some commotion outside his home. It turns out the lad was beating on his lass...! He got a bit lippy with Norman so in reply he got what was coming and was knocked out stone cold! The next day when he was going for a paper he bumped into the lad's dad. His dad said I just want to thank you knocking him out....! He had it coming for a long time! Obviously knowing what his son is like. Pity his dad couldn't have done the job rather than my granddad’s brother...!
-
Yeah he was and got what he deserved. Sweet KO mind, right on the kisser!

Please be warned....it IS distURBING footage Quite an old clip by the looks of it, but I'd certainly like to see more of this rather than people being too afraid to get involved. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgat2r8n5v4 Nice to see granda knock him out first before waving his finger at him, telling him off
