Well done mate! You kept that one quiet, like. What is it you’re going to be doing in your new role?
-
To come in and scoop away all the shit on the field we'd have next to no one left. I think he's just playing it safe 'for now' despite how incredibly shit those two players are. I'm surprised Carr didn't do a runner after all the abuse he got in the last home game.

I agree. None of those players are any loss to us. Leaves us with Huntington, Taylor, Ramage, Edgar Solano & Carr...! Hope we sell that worthless plank of wood too, tbh...! What happened to Babayaro? Who cares The fucker is still drawing a wage for doing fuck all, thats the problem. I know he wasn't mentioned, but like Carr I think he will keep a hold of them for now until he starts bringing in a couple of new defenders having let five players already go.....well, that's what I'm hoping in anyways...!

Those professional escorts could at least be below the age of 60...! I've been to Prague twice and have found, through my mates, that 'some' prostitutes can be like that who want to charge extra for doing that. Or just don't let you at all. It's not very often you come across a snotty prostitute...!
-
I had to turn it over. If they're gonna have a business to help people with their sexual health by prostitution & advice they could at least have people on hand who aren't old enough to be someone's nanna, ffs....! What the fuck were they trying to do to him fondling old grannys like that...!

First thing yesterday morning I went to put the bin out before going to work. When I opened the back door I heard a growl. It sounded really close so I wondered where it was from as the neighbours to the left of me next door had moved out. I looked to my left and saw two little puppy's, probably about a month old huddled up against the side fence underneath the hedge that tumbles over it. They were shaking and it had been raining for most of the night. I couldn't believe my eyes...! We have a newly built six-foot fence around the back left-hand side of the garden so there was no way they could have crawled through anywhere so it was obvious what had been done. For all I know they could have been there over night! It was obvious that some bastard jumped into my neighbours back garden from the side street and threw them over the fence. The pups both had collars on so I rang the cat and dog shelter to come and pick them up. I just find it unbelievable how someone could resort to doing such a thing. Why have a pet, for one if you know you’re unable to look after it? Secondly, if you do so why not give them to the cat & dog shelter or sell them to someone who is capable and has time for a pet? To resort to doing that just reminds me how fucking evil some bastards are. If I had have forgotten to put the bin out that morning they probably would have froze to death. I'm surprised they were still alive after seeing the state they were in, tbh.

I'd keep Harper Given Krul Taylor Huntington Edgar Nobby Milner Parker Butt Owen Shola Carroll The rest either have the wrong attitude, or are not good enough, IMO.

Work it out Harry! Old manager gone, new manager in, with the hope he doesn't think like the old one...! Campbell would be a good addition to bully & command the youngsters at the back, which will hopefully encourage the likes of Taylor, Huntington & Edgar to take their game to another level before he retires. A top quality left-back is desperately needed though.

Doesn't matter about how long you swim for, or how many kgs you lift, etc. Christ! Everyone's different, we all have our limitations to start off with. I'd really refer back to the lines I've been going along in terms of how hard you feel your working yourself. Everyone has a different level of fitness so no one can really say try and do 56 laps just using toes...! Go at your own pace and if you start to feel a bit tired, push yourself a little bit, then take a rest and try and do some more laps if you like.

Ignore everyone’s routine. Set yourself a goal for week 1, and start by making gradual steps instead of throwing everything in there you’re normally not used to doing. Your body has to adapt so to start off I'd choose at least two activities you think you'd enjoy doing for the first week. It could be the same activity twice a week. As mentioned previously swimming or getting on your bike would be great and more ideal as a gym can be quite intimidating to start off with some people. It's always a good idea to train with a friend/partner, etc, to motivate and help each other too so if you can do that it would be even better. If you want to start eating healthier too, have a look at this website, for example, and get yourself to your nearest food store. Again, don't clam too much in; try at least one or two healthy meals/recipes a week. http://www.tesco.com/recipes/ That's week 1 done and already you've achieved a lot. Your taking part in activities you enjoy doing and your eating healthier. It depends on your current condition when it comes to 'eating what you want' as long as you exercise...! A mate of mine does that, but he is physically fit & strong so he has a higher metabolism to which he'd burn more calories than I would a day.
