  1. 2 seats available for Brentford. Went to the site to check out the details purely out of curiosity Barracks seems like the viable option but mostly sold out as KD said. The new one they're calling Wings priced at 400 quid ffs?
  2. I see, that's a bit better then. Just have to be ready to have your pants pulled down price wise.
  3. Those hospitality packages dont sit you in the main stands? You have to watch from one of those terrible glass boxes? If so that sucks, as seems like that will be the main horribly expensive option for visiting fans. Never been to England but general experience across the world is they're not anywhear near fun as the main stands.
  4. Even Edwards has his uses. His constant shite about the transfer budget and our inability to spend will have played a small role in managing expectations of other clubs as to what we can pay. Most journos/fans did their own calculations and correctly estimated we could easily spend 150M plus with a sale or two. The lazy useless incompetent bellend that Edwards is immediately lapped up anything fed to him, and that will remain true whether we get Hall or not.
  5. Aye 28M initial fee rising to 35M is what most people are reporting.
  6. Doesn't look like we have offers for any of Hayden, Fraser, Manquillo or Hendrick. Not long left to go in the window now. You would think if any championship clubs were interested they've had bid by now.
  7. Should be a good game. Lots of people seem to fancy us for this but lets not forget the quality City still have to call on plus they now have plenty of experience navigating a congested fixture schedule. They still start favorites for me, they will keep a lot of the ball and we'll have to be careful and patient with the press. I'm just hoping for a competitive game, get in their faces and take the game down to the wire, leave no doubts as to what the main title fixture will be a couple of years from now
  8. Multiple reports now on the Hall deal being close to completion. It's been nearly 2 years now but I can still scarcely believe what this club has become. Unreal
  9. Brilliant work if we manage to convince them for the loan now plus buy next year. Potentially a similar deal for a CB too? Greedy little bastids we've become in a very short span of time
  10. You're clearly second, that first colum contradicts itself
  11. Yup, by all means continue to overrate that kumquat while he continues to spend hundreds of millions on the Antonys and Mounts of this world. He'll have them proper adrift of the competition in next to no time.
  12. Who knows how true that is, but I can see the logic. They've got Chilwell and Cucurella. Depends on how highly Poch rates them for now, but chances of Hall playing regularly are low. A 3M loan plus 25M buy clause deal could tempt them. He's got potential no doubt, but is still a largely untested, very young player and Chelsea aren't exactly known for developing those.
  13. I don't know about corruption, but there is definitely bias, intentional or otherwise. Encouraged by the fact that the whole system these days is setup to ensure the status quo is protected.
  14. Shocking The sooner smaller clubs get together and demand some recourse for this sort of nonsense, the better. The bias is beyond doubt.
  15. Signing of the season: Tonali Top goalscorer: Isak Most assists: Barnes Biggest surprise: Dump a Euro big boy out of the CL round of 16 Best Young player: Livramento Player of the season: Isak PL finish: 4th CL finish: QF Trophies? Too soon
  16. Tierney and Cucurella links creeping up again. I hope they're loans with optional buy clauses if there's any truth to them. Big risks otherwise.
  17. 115M for Caicedo, 60M for Lavia, good players but that's utter madness.
  18. Not sure he's an Eddie defender. Not good in the air supposedly. I think Burn does decent enough of a job that you get an upgrade only if someone really promising is available. Like Livramento.
  19. Whilst most of yous were busy shining Emery's buttocks, some saw through the cloud of hype. Don't forget it.
  20. A lot of people (read mainstream pundits) are still in denial about just how good Howe is, and how good some of our players now. Even the ones coming off the bench. They'll have written last season, Chelsea and Liverpool were weak etc etc, never paying much attention to the work that has gone on here.
