And we had this coming anyway after we failed to bolster the defense in the summer. Hope the management is pleased about that. And Van Persie is a complete arsehole btw. The urge to punch his nose in must be uncontrollable when standing in front of him. Credit to our players for not giving in.

I think at times we actually played better than we have this season, but thats mostly because we've been shite this season. Another very average performance after an absolutely shambolic first 20 minutes. Disappointed with Cisse, Tiote and Cabaye again. Shadows of players they were last season. And Tiote seems to have completely lost it for me. Doesnt seem to be doing anything other than making bad fouls and his passing has become abysmal. I dont know why we had to wait till going 2-0 down to change the system we were playing. You could see after 5 minutes it was never going to work and the goal was coming. The gap between midfield and attack in the 442 formation was immense. Oh and Williamsom is shite, absolute shite. I know some people here rate Harper but he has never seemed to inspire confidence to me. Realised today just how crucial Krul has become for us. And with all the talk about Ferguson's delivery I dont think he made one decent cross today. And what exactly Anita and Bigirimana bring to the team I dont know. Not slating those two, I just cant figure out what they are about. Overall I think Jonas is the only one who deserves some credit from this game. Not feeling overly confident about the derby with the way we are playing.

In case Simpson isnt fit, Santon at RB and Ferguson at LB wouldn't be the worst idea ever. Heck, even if Simpson is fit we should be trying those two at full back at some point this season.

Are Colo and Cabaye in line for a return next week? Bigi doesn't seem to have anything going forward, even less than Tiote. We were so one dimensional yesterday. Thats a blow, Cabaye looked somewhere close to his normal self in the second half against Norwich. Hooefully Cisse will carry on his good form from midweek. I know its early to say so, but wouldn't mind seeing Tavernier either. Looked very very promising that lad Oh and a win today would be great!

That 100 might have been impressive but it sure as hell does not guarantee another win in the circumstances. This. Utterly disappointing transfer window. The sad thing is all we needed was Debuchy and perhaps a cheap young striker or something of the sort to make this a great summer considering we've kept our best players.
