Saw only the last 25 minutes of the game. But I tell you what, without overreacting, cant remember seeing something so torrid. Not ever. Horrendous stuff. If HBA is crocked as well we are well and truly screwed. At this rate we will be looking nervously over our shoulders before too long. There's something very very wrong in our dressing room. Cant believe a group of professional footballers can play so badly for so long. And its getting worse instead of better.

His body shape looks all wrong when he gets the ball. Like he wants to go sideways rather than forward. Very uncomfortable on the ball. Not what you want in a midfielder.

Damn it, first thing that came to my mind was that now we may at least play well at Southampton.

Aye its come to that point that some of us were talking about last season. A shite season in the league with a good cup run in Europe. I think a fair few of us said we'd prefer the cup run with a shite league season because its not like we will win the league or finish top 4 anyway domestically. Once it gets to the knock out stage though Im not too confident. There are some quality quality teams in the competition and we are just as likely to get handed a good pounding then progress further. But should be fun anyway, thats what its about in the end. Hopefully we can sort out the shite soon enough and have a real go in the next stage.

I'd have a go even if it was for a day just so I could hand out a 50 game club ban to Willo and Simpson

Said before too I dont like how he has started making excuses. He should have known this when we qualified for the competition. All of us idiots sitting here at home knew it well enough. UEFA have charged Adriano with some sort of misconduct for the incident last night. Extraordinary stuff really. Didnt watch it but from reading it you feel Adriano's done something completely disgraceful to be honest. I do wonder how they could possibly punish him though? Fine? Ban? Is there a precedent for this? And since Shaktar didnt allow them to score from the restart shouldnt they be in hot water too?
