Havent created that many open chances apart from the Cisee miss. It could easily have been 1-1 if not for the bar.

Would like to see Anita try and play a more creative role now.

We are not looking comfortable at the back, think we'll probably concede so here's hoping Cisse's got another goal in him.
-
Excellent goal that! Class from Dummet, class from Sammy and a thumping header from Cisse who in turn seems to be in disbelief

Ouch I generally cant stand people who take the fun out of football, even those that manage a little bit of success. This guy has absolutely nothing going for him though.
-
If I was Mourinho I would have kept him

He's gotten a fair bit of slack since the game to be honest. Still have no idea why we didnt get Lukaku. That dreaded line again I suppose, we seem to have been the one club on the wrong side of it.

Was speaking in general

There's just no more thing as patience in football anymore.

Pity, not quite the total meltdown I was hoping he would cause before being sacked.

2-0 now! Is there a more complete footballer than Yaya Toure around at the moment?
-
He did fine in the previous two games, in fact he was excellent at Villa. Keep your pants on. Not saying he's going to be a huge hit for us, he has to start playing well consistently. But the way some people are going on since yesterday is ridiculous.
-
Not to mention we dont have a single guy upfront who can hold up the ball. We are so clearly lacking that, its an absolute shocker we didnt sign anyone in the summer with that ability. We're going to get bullied off the park at Everton.

He was rubbish yesterday, although Ben Arfa's half arsed mood did him no favours. Thought he was pretty solid in the previous two games though. Im going to be stubborn and reserve judgement on Debuchy till January.

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
aimaad22 replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
Cant blame Pardew too much at the moment, like it or not, he's been playing the side most of us would have put out and has tried to get them to play the way most of us want to see the team play. Yesterday was a really bad day at the office. You've got to blame the players. The really tricky part is to get this team to play well consistently, got a few tough fixtures ahead of us now as well.- 10610 replies

Doesnt seem to have the end product at the moment, not the finished article by any means. Oscar has progressed at a much better rate than he has.

Bloody hell, one bad result If anyone expects us to win week in week out you only have yourself to blame, it wont happen. We'll have the odd good result, and the odd really bad one like yesterday's. All in between general mid table mediocrity. We'll finish between 10th-12th. Get that in your head.

Basically they're red hot when things are going smoothly, but when you need to get in and grind results out, we struggle.

Sissoko doesnt seem to know what his role is. He looked so promising when he first joined. Now he's stuck somewhere between attack and defence and not particularly good at either.
-
Second half all we've done is fucking loft the ball into the box. Fucking back to clueless hoofball. And then giving away those needless freekicks in the end. Pathetic stuff.

Bloody typical.

Well this was expected, since everyone was expecting us to play well.
