A lot of us have forgotten that if offered a top 10 finish at the start of the season we'd have happily taken it. There's still some stuff about Pardew that drives me crazy. And I've very little confidence in our coaching staff. But all in all they've done a good job so far this season. The run was always going to come to an end, I had just hoped it would be due to the other team playing really well rather than us being completely crap. We played a more tired, injury decimated team who had the second worst home record in the league (according to the commentator anyway) at the start of the game. And got well beaten. Disappointing.

They offered no real threat up to that goal, we could have taken the game to them. Interesting to see how we setup for the second half now. Change of tactics is required.
