Very sad Thoughts go out to his family.
-
With their squad. Imagine what he would have done with ours. Does he say 'we was' in interviews though? If not, I'd take him.
-
Moyes getting the sack is horrible news if true. Would have been one of the few things to look forward to next season, him spending 100M on another couple of flops and finishing 6th. Cant anything good ever happen in football?
-
You ought to know better than to put such ideas in our heads, it hurts
-
The game's at Anfield.
-
Imagine all the title celebrations in front of our lot. Probably after a 5 to 6 goal twatting
-
Many. I take your point but personally I think Liverpool have been better, especially against the top sides. They havent only won but done it convincingly. They've absolutely ripped them apart at times. I rest my case

Is there a top club (or the fans of which) we dont hate? Liverpool have played the best football by a mile this season and for that reason alone they should win it.

Please, did you miss the blah blah treatment Aeris got?
-
Didnt know MT's not English.
-
No. I know. Like I said I miss it. Like many others on here. We obviously still care. I dont think I will ever get completely detached. But a lot of the passion has gone out. Once we get a decent owner and some direction again Im sure it will come back flooding in
-
I miss counting down the hours to kick off, waiting for the line ups, watching the pre match shows etc, all the things leading up to the game days before it. Desperately searching for a channel thats broadcasting the match, making sure I dont have anything else planned for during the game. And if I did miss it somehow the struggle to get the score from somewhere asap. Then the tension on match day itself, how every misplaced pass or missed chance drew a moan, how every goal made me jump and run around the house. The euphoria after a good victory, how I couldnt get over a defeat for days after. I dont even know our kick off times mostly now, cant bother with checking what our starting line up is, or whether Im able to watch the match or not, and sometimes not even checking the score for hours afterwards. If I do watch the match its mostly like a zombie. If we win great, if not what does it matter? There's hardly any feeling left.

Even if its getting fat, at least he's got an aim
-
I can see where you are coming from. But players like Ben Arfa require a certain type of man management. Something our coaching staff and manager are completely incapable of. Shola and Gosling are about their level.
-
He's probably put on weight deliberately in an attempt to stop being Pardewed.
-
Spot on Ant.
-
Meyler to present a bouquet before the game, and a guard of honour at the end from the journos.
-
Perhaps, but Im not too sure. I think, along with the injuries etc, the style of play at Chelsea wasnt really suited to him. Narrow pitch and all that. Everything's just gone wrong for him there. Cant remember the last time a player that good has suddenly looked so average after moving clubs.

I suppose Wigan are also in a much stronger position financially than we are
