I agree with that. Shawcross isnt what he was a couple of years back but I'd have him over Taylor or Willo in a heartbeat. Left out Remy and Ben Arfa because I think its a given they're gone, and Remy should be able to find a top 6 club.

Pardewed. He was so direct when he first came here, willing to take on people, using his pace to go past them. Step overs, a little trick here and there. All gone now.

Cant see us going for anyone from the league though. We're being linked with Arnautovic but he should be able to find himself a better club

Funny one that. He's had a decent season, they might miss him when they find themselves unable to unlock a defence. At least Sissoko well get a World Cup before being completely Pardewed, will be interesting to see how they use him.

I wouldn't either but the fact he still manages to get this many games for us tells you all you need to know about the state of the squad. That new signing they hope to announce soon. De Jong? Scary thought.

Yup. No way Ashley is chucking that out in transfer fees alone. Even though we should be able to manage it more than easily, and by all rights should. Mind you spend anything substantially less than that and we're flirting with relegation.

Can't believe there's going to be another season with Pardew in charge. After everything he's said and done. And just look at some of the stats HF has posted. Shocking. Don't think I can listen to any more of his drivel either. Embarrassing took have a prick like him in charge of the team. -

60M sounds about right given the state of the squad, and the last two transfer windows we've had. So we'll probably spend around 20M.

And he's comfortable on the ball, and great in the air. Would fit into any top club without a problem.
