    Drove me insane at the time. Aye I agree he had a couple of decent games, you could see there's some quality in there. That clearance against Spurs is one of the highlights of our season for me. With a season thats been going absolutely nowhere you'd think we'd use it at least to blood some of these players in. Pardewed down to the bone, him and Ben Arfa have. Along with being made scapegoat. Instead we got freakin Gosling.

    Dont remember that to be honest. I suppose much wouldnt have been made of it anyway at that time considering his age and experience. Little did we know it was a sign of things to come. Shocking how little of our academy talent has gone on to become dependable premier league quality as compared to other clubs. Really hope this Armstrong kid can put an end to that.

    Anybody else think he should be given the nod tomorrow? As a centre back. Cant fathom why we havent trusted him given the money we spent on him and the potential he's supposed to have. And the fact the defending cant possibly have gotten any worse than its been over the last 5 months.

    Remember when he played against, Bolton was it, as a 17 year old and was touted as a future English captain. You could see the reason for that because technically he had all the attributes. Too bad his head has never been in the right place. That celebration last week was moronic. And I'll never forget his antics against Villa, disgraceful. Wont mind one bit if he leaves but he's not the worst player to have on the bench and as with the likes of Perch and Guthrie he probably wont be replaced.

    Hope so and it had better be more fast paced than the last book. Those of you complaining about the last few episodes being a bit dull, well, the TV people aren't really to blame for that.
