  1. Its said an Englishman once remarked, after trying the local cuisine, that he now completely understood why people here use water I once tried wiping off bird crap off the windscreen by using the wipers only, not ever trying that again
  2. I suppose it depends on what you've been doing since as a child Not soaking your clothes comes naturally with practice, you could always put them aside if its that much of a problem. Use tissues for drying up. The concept of not using water is just so well......icky...
  3. No laughing matter but this is one of the most brilliant and funnies things i've read in a while  http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/comment/of-course-there-are-going-to-be-casualties-when-gazans-selfishly-insist-on-living-in-civilian-areas-9612620.html
  4. Water Dont think I could ever just wipe and walk off feeling normal

  6. Tired of hearing that argument. Its what you believe if you only watch the BBC or Sky. Or if you believe this conflict started some weeks back.
  7. Its crazy. They might not have gone for him had Barca not signed Suarez.
  8. That panel on the back ............ Would have been a decent shirt without it....
  9. I wouldn't, not for ManU anyway. Cant believe Barcelona arent in for him, considering they need defensive reinforcements. They need his height and power too. 16M would be an absolute snip as well. Is his contract up next year or something? Because I cant think of a better CB these days, apart from Thiago and Kompany perhaps.

Wasnt as simple as that, but whatever.

Aye. Good old days. I've never even posted that much but I remember how delighted I was to initially discover other NUFC fans on the internet Always have time for people from those days. Except for Gemmil of course who was rude and chased me off iirc. Good on Cat for getting people's message across. Cant believe Ive completely missed that thread. Btw, asian loony? Really? New found respect for Dr Gloom
  12. Over 100 hundred dead in a day. Just utterly ridiculous, as is the BBC coverage of the issue. Total dead children over 100 too now ffs. This is genocide and the world is silent. The fact the general population worldwide seems to be protesting on the roads gives me encouragement there's still some hope for humanity.
  13. Yup. I dont think Carroll is anywhere near the sort of player he looked like he could be before he moved to Liverpool. 15M is steep for him.

    Gejon.

What the hell? I had no idea he was ill. He was one of the few around when I joined up here so long ago. Gutted Thoughts and best wishes with his family. Horrible horrible news.
  15. Good time for brining this out again. This kid slaughtering coward actually has a Nobel peace prize to his name Absolutely gut wrenching whats going on in Gaza
  16. Shocking and very very sad. Thoughts with their families.
  17. We could throw in Marveaux/Ben Arfa in the deal, might be worth a shot. I think the club are now just basically looking for a striker though.
  18. Fair play. I'd never photoshop the face of a player I hate onto my body
  19. Not closely enough apparently
  20. That NUFC Stats account. Seems the same thing to the pictures posted above so I thought there might be something to it.
  21. Off twitter, not sure how original this is. Would have been decent if not for that patch
  22. You've got to love the logic some people have in life. The ostrich approach. Pretend everything is fine the way it is and call it optimism or loyalty. Not just talking about Wolfy here, but in general these people are just as much responsible for any evil as the those actually behind it. Complete and utter load of rubbish.
  23. You posted it here so you obviously agree with it. But yes, I did think you had written that
