Probably not. Pardew would be too scared that he might win.

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
aimaad22 replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
We were terrific and magnificent yesterday apparently. You'd think we'd drawn against Bayern away and not versus Hull at home.- 10610 replies

Here we go. http://www.ndtv.com/article/world/suspicions-run-deep-in-iraq-that-cia-and-the-islamic-state-are-united-595462

Doesnt really answer my question but nevermind.

Its an opinion. Its completely illogical to me. If this was hypothetical I could try and understand. But we've been down this road and we know Ashley wont sell until the right amount is offered. The chances of that happening in the better league are obviously greater. He acknowledges this fact, and also says that he thinks Ashley will only sell to someone worse than he is. So what purpose does going down serve in this case other than put the club in all sorts of financial danger and and further decrease chances of being anywhere close to the competition in the top league?

Owners come and go. I'd rather we be a stable mid table premiership club when the new owner comes in rather than languishing in the Championship. To want the whole club and everything associated with it to be dragged through dirt just because the owner is a cunt, and even when you acknowledge it probably wont help us in getting rid of him, is a completely ridiculous thought. Its shocking to me, even from wherever I am, that any fan could think this way.
-
But you still want us relegated
-
Perhaps we ought to try and get down into the League One. That might work. Things are bad enough when you havent won shit for 50 years. Last thing I'd want is to become a yoyo club on top of that. It hurts the pride, history, aura about the place imo. We have little enough of that anyway. Ashley's not worth it.
-
Chances of getting a better owner when you're in the Championship arent really great. As we're already learnt.
-
You want to see your club get relegated. You are beyond logic or reasoning, and not worth anyone's time really.
-
I think I wont. Thanks anyway.
-
Freakin media mugs. Some of them going on about how what a great result this is.
-
Does this also apply to non muslims? It's the logic some of the radical groups make when attacking western assets. Which is why to me you are no better than them when you say things like that.
-
Credit for the come back. Can't have been easy. We're screwed though. Hard fought draws against two very average teams. It's going to be a long hard season
-
Another dull affair. Zero chances against Hull at home. We have nothing to threaten them with. Expect a sucker punch goal from them on the counter.

Posted this a while back. Well day 38 and its still going strong in spite of tear gas, arrests, baton charges etc

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
aimaad22 replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
I remember posting in the general board about the political situation in my country. Mass demonstrations against the sitting government who all but admit they're incompetent and came through rigged elections but wont resign. 38th consecutive day today and thousands are still coming out on the streets daily, in multiple cities. Keep protesting until the cunt is kicked out. You can hold on for only so long in the face of intense public pressure.- 10610 replies

Sure hope so. I understand the negative effect it will have on the team but there are bigger problems here. Need to think about the season/longer term future than one match.

Good insight into how this really isnt as simple as people like Ken think: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/alastair-crooke/obama-isis-not-islamic_b_5843830.html
-
I was going to get to that. Keep going down that chain and almost everyone in that region, and beyond, will be involved in either training, funding or arming the ISIS. Nuke em all, that'll show em. Oh and dont forget to leave behind a few warheads for them to play around with after that.
-
Right. So is that just Iraq then. Or Syria. Both I suppose? You're right. Thats completely reasonable.
-
Yeah, please drop the lecturing tone because I've seen 50,000 of my countrymen pay with their lives for the 'dark side' that arose post 9/11. I know this better than you can imagine. Its good to see people acknowledging this fact though. Perhaps it will one day lead them to realise why so many of these groups or organisations spring up in the first place. Shit happens when you threaten people, invade their homes etc etc. The whole point I was trying to make on the Gaza affair when the ridiculous notion of how somehow Hamas' rocket attacks were to blame for the whole mess. We dont learn though. Or I suppose we do but curing the problems doesnt really suit the people who're making these decisions. Always addressing the symptoms, never the disease.
