Absolutely this. Someone very close to me went through a ton of issues recently and was down a lot for it. They always knew to call for help when they needed it most and it's what got them through in the end. Must take an incredible amount of strength, and you have it too @Renton from what I'm reading. Keep close to your family and mates, one day at a time will do it. Hope to see you keep posting on here as well. Dont frequent these areas of the board too much myself but you arent likely to see pics of grassed up bins anywhere else

Absolutely loving everything to do with this club right now ex players meltding down on the tele, transfer targets preferring to not get paid than join this circus, getting twatted by Brighton and pretty much everybody else at the theatre of dreams, to now trying panic deals for the likes of Rabiot and Arnautovic. All bloody brilliant Watching Maguire is a treat too, pointing here and there for his teammates to be, looking all important, while being completely out of sorts himself. -
Going to be the title decider in 5 years so they can call it that with all the lubrication that will be required

Highly doubtful currently with them already struggling to register the players they've got. But yeah that would be the only scenario, if Silva end up leaving somewhere. You would think Maddison at first given his record in this league. But if Paqueta has Bruno-esque qualities about him (dunno if he does) and comes in $20M cheaper than Maddison it looks like a great deal. Would be delighted either way. More concerned about the winger and striker situation.

To do what? They had Philips, Mahrez and Silva on the bench last game.

Surprised we didnt push more for Werner with the reported $17M fee Leipzig have agreed. Not sure if that's due to Howe not rating him or the player just being comfortable going back to a place where he knows it will work out.

Bow down ye peasants!!

Love how they seem to have to shop at a second tier level of players now. Ones that City or Liverpool or other European big boys don't want. Same can be said of Ten Hag. Promising manager he may be but not the world class solution City or Chelsea would get. Long may the slide continue
-
Man Utd. Looking at their side on paper. Won't be surprised if they aren't top 6. Ten Hag is really an unproven entity as well. Have fun Eriksen!

They should have called for an armistice after the injury

Eddie’s Impassable Picket Line vs Scabs.

Oh definitely, a couple of quality additions up front are necessary, and of course the club knows it. It's just refreshing to see well drilled confident outfit where everybody knows what they're doing, with some real class down the spine as well. The foundations are getting done right. -

He had that one chance didn't he that Schar blocked? They barely got a look in but Burn and Schar were very quick to snuff them out. The feck do we make sense of how competent this team is ffs -

Its unbelievable nobody was more interested than us in this guy. I mean a proper big club, not Arsenal. Hopefully the 'project' really gets going in a year or so because otherwise we will have a real fight on our hands to keep him. Opposition fans, commentators pundits etc. have all started taking real notice, his class is that bloody evident. -

Anybody else think based on today ASM looks like he may get Howed this season? You can still questions his decision making and end product at times but I thought he seemed to link up better with the team and his overall awareness and passing was improved. Long way to go but some positives there for me. -

Square it to Wilson there Miggy! He's entitled to have a to himself there in all honesty though Been very critical of his end product but miggys movement has been outstanding. -

Aye it's incredible we're saying this less than a year from the takeover. But a lot of the foundations have been laid on and off the pitch. It's about getting those 2, 3 players in now and then slowly building from that. -

Would be an absolute abomination if they got something from this game, just highlights the need to take some of those chances. -

Can't help but think of what this team could do with a top winger and striker. We're 2-3 players away from a top 6 side. Makes sense the club is taking it's time making sure we get the right ones. -

Quite ridiculous. Considering today's market we've absolutely ripped off Lyon
