Bitterly disappointed of course but still feeling better than what I'd thought I'd be. A lot of you have already spoken about the reasons why. He was such a miss for us when he couldn't play, he's almost a liability now. Love Burn, Miggy, Longstaff and ASM but they are not the standard of a team that wants to challenge top 4 regularly. I hope we can upgrade at least half these players in the summer. Roll on new sponsorships. Isak's cameo was promising again today. There is a seriously dangerous player in there with the right grooming. I forgot we have Gordon now too. Thing will probably get worse at City before they get better but hopefully we can stay in the hunt for Europe.

We've punched above our weight. Getting into a final this year was always going to mean starting with a lot of weaknesses. Longstaff, Burn, Miggy, Wilson all have done a good job for us but will need upgrading if we're to win these things.
