  1. Miggy really in the mood here. Also Joe seems to be back to his best thankfully!
  2. They just look at the height of our defenders and don't bother to see how many they've actually scored
  3. Beat me to it Who gives a shite though come on now you bastards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. Bums all squeaked up but I think we will just about manage a victory tonight in a mental SJP. Have a feeling Willock will score in this one.
  5. No doubt a great season whatever happens now but its still going to be a nerve wracking 90 minutes tomorrow. Its natural to be concerend about what you may now lose rather than what you thought you might have a year ago. So....
  6. Chuck in Manquillo against Mitoma who's been ripping apart some of the best RBs in the league? Nothing that could go wrong there
  7. I do agree with that, no doubt we've lost shape with Longstaff's absence. But Joe's also been making more unforced errors like the horrendous tackle against Leeds. Tells you there's mental and physical fatigue there. You could of course still argue being out of position can lead to getting sucked into such mistakes, I think he's been at his best for us down the left.
  8. A number of links with Tierney again. Are we excited about this? Can't say I've seen him play a lot. How much of an upgrade on big Dan would he be. I've noted a lot of Arsenal fans are somewhat meh about him.
  9. I understand that being a foreign fan too. However having observed the behaviour of the people from that place as well as the views of their football fans over many years, I think the only thing that should be acceptable to humankind is for the city and club to always languish at the absolute bottom of anything they are participating in.
  10. Oh aye tbf I forgot for a second we're actually playing Brighton. Anytime VAR/refs come up it feels like you're directly up against Liverpool ffs
  11. Why aren't there rules preventing this sort of conflict of interest? Especially in light of the horrendous decisions we see week in week out.
  12. We've been incredible at home all season, even played well in the games we have lost. Even if Brighton play as well as they did against Arsenal we should have the edge, going to be squeeky bum tough this. I think it might come down to somebody coming up with a special moment or two in an otherwise evenly contested game. Isak, Wilson, Joe, Trippier even Willock. This is the time to put your first marker down in toon folklore. I'd add Bruno to that list but he's not had his shooting boots on for a long while now. I don't know how Howe decides between Isak or Wilson or whether to start them together again. Wilson has been relentless in front of goal but Isak offers more overall and he has that create something out of nothing x-factor about him. If Murphy is fit I expect him to start. Don't see Eddie taking a punt on ASM at this stage other than another 15 min sub appearance. He can't be trusted over 90 minutes. Is there any word on Longstaff?
  13. All this needs now is for Diego to come up with a perfectly oriented suggested formation. Bruno's obviosuly got to play through this, we don't have a choice. What would help is Joe got his act together again, we'd had both of them drop off form and completely lost control in midfield.
  14. Well considering Maguire and Lascelles captain top 4 Premier league clubs I wouldn't read too much into captaincy
  15. I was just thinking that too. 0-3 now. These bastids are going to wreck the GD for us too.
  16. Is it my stream or does Martin Tyler sounds constipated. More than usual I mean.
