    FA Youth Cup

Just got back... Was a decent game. We were doing so well and went in at HT 1-0 and came out for the second half looking to get the 2nd we needed and then our keeper, fuck me he is shit, made the blunder of the season.. weak shot at him went down to save it through his legs and then smashed him from 1 yards by a scouser. 2nd goal was a shot straight at him again but he palmed it straight into the strikers path. This lad should be released immediately, he is shit. Andy Caroll was the best player on the pitch without a doubt and most of the scousers around me thought he was good. One of their lads got send off for kicking one of our let in the head and then Kazenga Lua-Lua, who had a stinker, was sent off for swearing at the referee I think.. They sealed it with a nice 30 yarder, Gerrard esq. We looked like we would turn it around till the 'keeper fucked it all up. I'd like to see Caroll upfront with Martins against Man City.

    FA Youth Cup

from .cock NEWCASTLE United's Academy coaches Joe Joyce and Kenny Wharton have named an unchanged side as the club's U18s look to reach the FA Youth Cup Final at Liverpool's expense. Trailing 4-2 from the first leg at St. James' Park, the young Magpies go into the Anfield rematch as underdogs, but knowing they are far from out of their semi-final tie with 90 minutes still to play and away goals NOT counting double in this competition.

.com says ' We don't think away goals count double, so any two-goal victory for our youngsters should take the tie to extra-time.' So I'm not sure.
  4. We are 4-2 down from the first leg but I don't think away goals count. I'll be leaving here at 5 to pop over to Anfield to watch this. Will let you know how the bairns get on.
  5. I am a bit confused. Unless my mind is playing tricks on me, Taylor merely stood up to his man who attempted to play the ball into the box thus hitting Taylor's hand = penalty. Please believe me, I'm not trying to be clever but can someone confirm that is what happened and there was no daft tackle by Taylor ?? You're correct.

Can you not get an exterminator to come out or something and get rid of them all? Might cost a few quid.
  8. Agreed, he has only played 5 games in the Premiership and one of them was an outstanding performance against Liverpool. He made two mistakes today which were both dwelling on the ball for too long and giving it away, as I said he has only played 5 games in this league and it will take him time to adapt to the faster pace of the Premiership compared to the Belgian League. It is way too early to right him off and as long as he does not cost more than a couple of million I would certainly sign him, with Bramble and Moore all but gone in the summer we should be looking to keep him and bring in a very good centre half and a few full backs.
  9. He is just not good enough at what he does, he is an average passer, can't read the game very well. Only thing he can do is slide tackle and blocks. We play much better football and get better results when he is not in the side, that is a fact.
  10. Been shit by his standards all season. And his standard is what? Having never played at this level before.

  12. It has not been that bad, I've seen many more worse games this season we have been passing it well in a little diamond but not created anything. Maybe should go to a normal 442 in the second half to try and penetrate the Charlton defence.

  14. Beermonster eh I presume it escapes you that I could pick out a fair few idiots spouting shite about "plans", and ask if it was you .... Keep following me around if it amuses you, but I tell you something Baggio, thats not me .... must shock you though that not everyone in the world has the limited view that you and your chums on here have What is it with the fuckwits on here? Wait until I tell NE5 about this one.

Fucking hell, I've been back in the UK for 18 months!
  18. Strong words from him. But I don't trust him one bit to go out and build us a solid top 4 capable of doing well. If he opened his fucking eyes we could have quite easily had a back line along the lines of the following for the start of this season; Bridge? Campbell Woodgate Chimbonda
  19. Why? Why not take Huntington off, Duff left back if he is going to make that change like that. Huntington looked out of his depth at left back againt Wigan the other week and even worse tonight..
  20. Given just got the ball and belted to long really quickly, we need to hold on to it.. slow things down, keep possession for a bit and get into this.
