If it's proper flu it'll have you for at least a week, and you'll only be interested in lying in bed/sleeping. You won't be capable of much else. I think most people only actually get the proper flu once or twice in their lives. I had it when I was 12. I was off school for a week and wasn't properly right for about 2 weeks afterwards.

Yeah I agree. I think regional accents are something to be proud of. I'm certainly proud of mine. I think it's wrong to deliberately get rid of your accent, but some people's accent changes simply because they've moved away, and that can't be helped, its just something that happens. It's just a question of adapting the way you speak according to the situation.

I don't remember the exact day, or even how old I was, although I can't have been any older than 5. Basically, as soon as I knew what football was I was NUFC. I never chose my team, it was a case of supporting Newcastle because I'm from Newcastle.
