1. Leazes mate, what sort of an argument is "So what if he called Souness a prick, when he is one?". Are you advocating Bellamy behaving in any way he pleases towards Souness and excusing it on the basis that you don't like Souness.
2. What Gemmill you haven't thought about what's up with Dyer? The reason I asked that question is what "mystery illness" could he have that they have to keep quiet about, unless you gave him the clap again and their just embarrassed that he's to dumb to have not learnt the first time. There has to be complications over and above the usual issues, other clubs have never had a problem disclosing health issues with their players. So gemmill you're right, it's one big EH??? to the way the club is handling this. 64945 Aye you're right. I'm being daft. The most obvious explanation to all of this is that the lad is HIV +.
3. Oh if only I wasn't such a ninny. You.....you....nincompoop!
4. Yes, Oxford English dictionary has it as: Gemmill n One who posts random levels of shite on one or many football related forums. 64919 Twat!
5. You could always tell us some more about fucking Silky.
6. Aye, I'm no match for some of your zany posts on here like. Oooo I'm jerst kerazy today!
7. That bit's just you. About giving a manager time: When you give managers time, some will work out and some won't, otherwise it would be called 'waiting for success'. Are people now saying that because this particular manager didn't work out it was wrong to give him time? He shouldn't have been hired in the first place, but that's a different matter. Anyone ever notice that when clubs hire and fire quickly, say 2 or 3 in a season that the replacements and performances get successively worse? We were a laughing stock for taking him on, we'd have been a bigger laughing stock for dropping him 3 months later. 64756 Spot on.
8. There were basically two responses to Souness's appointment as follows: Response A: "I hate that man and I will not rest until he's booted out of this club. Nothing he says or does between now and that day can sway me." Response B: "Oh. Didn't expect that one. Ah well, he's here now, let's see how he does and make our minds up when he's proven one way or another whether he's capable at Newcastle." Then comes the twist...... A further response has since been created in the minds of the "Response A people", which they now attribute wholesale to the "Response B people" in replace of their actual response (see Response B above), as follows: "Graeme Souness is the best. He will win us trophies. I love him."
9. Your sentence doesn't make sense Oh Great Psychological Genius. And why would looking at a cat's arse make you hungry? You really are a strange boy. 64740 I wonder if he gets hungry when he looks at Dennis Bergkamp's mouth?
10. Wrong. It was right to give him time. FACT. We miss Kieron Dyer when he's out injured. Now that really is a FACT. 64695 Seeing as he has failed miserably like a lot of us said he would. Can you explain why it was right to give him more time? 64743 Because once you've employed the bloke you have to give him a chance to prove one way or the other whether he's up to the job. I don't think there was anyone that really thought he was a brilliant manager. We were all a bit taken aback when he was appointed....just some of us were reasonable enough to be prepared to see how he did before calling for his head. That's all.
11. ...riveting at the moment.
12. Here man I'm working a notice! I'm not meant to put much effort in.
13. You fanny! "Our Billy's not well. He's shit the bed"
14. Silky? Fucking "Silky"?? Is he a one of them >>> ?
15. Totally agree with you there (as i always do on the Bellamy issue) 64709 Dyer hasn't been a disruptive influence whilst Souness was at the club. Bellamy was and he got turfed out for it. Perhaps Souness was rash - maybe even he regrets getting rid of Bellamy - but Bellamy fully deserved to go for the way he carried on.
16. 64704 ? bit early for you gem ? 64707 I was playing Leazes Mag bingo and I needed a "But some of us have always said this about Souness" comment to complete my card. HOUSE!
17. The minute Dyer's back and fit I'd have him in on the right ahead of Nobby, I'm afraid.
18. Aye I saw that interview too. Thing is, every interview I've seen him in since he's said he's off the drink, he's been slurring really badly. Even the one on Football Focus where he wasn't at an "event" he sounded pissed. It makes you wonder if he's ever really been off it. I hate to say it like, but I think he's going to end up in the same sorry state as George Best.
19. No luck getting a bite yet? 64661 Bless him, I bet it's really frustrating him.
