1. Believe me it's far from fantastic, if you swap Bramble for Taylor it makes it a bit better, but there's still the problem of a poor left back and an average right back. Midfield looks ok but Luque has to prove he' got what it takes to perform in the Premiership, Emre on the other hand looks a natural. Good on you for not letting Dyer anywhere near the first 11! If only Shithouse Souness felt the same! 37878 Or any manager since Gullit bought him for that matter, mate. He must be absolutely shit hot cosmic in training cos he sure as shite rarely justifies his selection once he's on the pitch. 37882 I have a feeling that Dyer's return might just be the making of this team - in with the full strength squad. That is the reason I am giving Souness a bit more time - to see what happens when we have Dyer running at the opposition and Owen benefitting from it. The only problem is who to drop, and I can only think that Shearer is going to have to sit back and watch. We shall see. 37906 I definitely think Dyer's turned a corner and am looking forward to him getting back in the team. 37909 As ever I am humbled by your faith and optimism-traits that are both typical and admirable in those afflicted by ginger hair! 37919 .....tbh.
2. Yep, tripped over a paper aeroplane, the way I heard it. 37907 Thrown by Gemmill, I might add 37908 Obsessed with me tbh.

4. It's hard to put Luque's down to anything other than luck, maybe even adapting to the weather? Luque's out for 2-3 months as well isn't he, so 60-90 days can be attributed to neither the manager nor the facilities. 37894 I blame the fans.
5. Agreed. And it's not like Luque's been here long enough for Souness's dastardly coaching techniques to have damaged his hamstrings.
6. These phases happen though. AC Milan in the early 90's were dreadful to watch, but they rarely lost or conceeded a goal and turned Seria A into a one horse race. Chelsea remind me of them. I applaud Wenger for sticking to an atacking team to try and leep the fans entertained, but it comes down to the old argument about would you rather win things or be forever the entertaining bridesmaid. I still can't decide which one I'd want more. 37850 Good call, mate. Incidentally, there would be less of an outcry if it was Man U or Arsenal winning each game in the same way. I like Mourinho too by the way. In fact I think he is the most entertaining manager on the planet. 37852 D. Brent?? 37856 "You will never work for another manager like me. This is brilliant. FACT!" 37857 Chilled out entertainer tbh.

8. According to the bloke on the radio, after the own goal his every touch was cheered by the Madrid fans, and he was applauded off when he was sent off. Hopefully he'll still come good.
9. I don't like Mourinho and although it's being blown out of proportion by the media at the minute, there's definitely a danger that the league is going to become an annual 38 game victory procession for Chelsea. The sooner they lose Mourinho and end up with a "normal" manager the better.
10. A work message board where you discuss Walkers Crisp competitions? Jesus, they actually encourage you lot not to work, don't they?
11. Looks like a nightmare trying to get out of Houston. I bet whoever it was that waited at our office til 4pm to turn the server off yesterday is rueing that decision. Heard a radio interview with a homeless bloke in Galveston yesterday. He's got no means of getting out and lives on the beach. Oh dear.

Oh and I'm going to Tampa Bay at xmas to see the Lightning play Hope they manage to re-sign St.Louis, he's me fave 37765 That's CHRISTmas, Mr "grammar police"! 37802 Also you can't say mum around here or you'll get jumped on from a height - it's 'mam' apparently. ..........just to highlight too recent themes on here; class and thick as pig-shit, ignorant Geordies. 37807 What is it you say again? 14. I actually agree with you. And I think it was a bit daft to do it on the board given the fact that it's illegal. If this place goes offline soon we'll know who to blame. Loads of music gyppos on here though.....
15. You reading this Gemmill? 37397 She's fucking horrific.
16. Directly over the head presumably.
17. Ooooooo chase meh! 37525 If only I was as macho as you Scottie 37527 Quite.
18. iTunes is as user-friendly as it gets, what's to loathe about it? I've said it before, but I don't understand these people that have constant problems with iPod batteries. I've had mine for years now and have no bother with it at all. What do these people do with them?? 37488 I don't like being forced to use their system, or forced to shop at their shops. Also, it doesn't play WMA files does it, which accounts for a lot of my collection? Do I have to convert these somehow, and will there be a loss of quality, and how long will it take? Basically I hate the monopolistic attitude of Apple - I want something I can just drag and drop with MS windows, downloaded from anywhere. As for the batteries, I guess it's just luck. 37495 I don't use iTunes with my iPod, I use anapod instead. 37500 Now you've lost me. 37503 There's loads of media players you can download to use with an ipod without having to use iTunes. Have a look here: www.ipodlounge.com 37506 So are iPods the best then? Anyone any ideas? 37512 Aye, we've done this one a few times. You'll get the gyppos with the iRivers and the Creative Zens turning up shortly telling you that they're better but they've basically got acute iPod envy. I don't know anyone personally that has an iPod that's been disappointed by it. 37516 Just one question then. If I get an album of mp3s, from anywhere, can I easily get it to play on iPod? I mean without faffing around downloading software. And if I can, does this mean I am not forced to buy from Apple after all? If so, then I guess I'm interested. 37521 Yep. You can even do it using the loathsome iTunes.

Such consistent arrogance in this situation is not attractive, Mr R! 37509 Lord, it's hard to be humble.... etc.
