One attractive thing about Sven (apart from the rimless glasses) is that he must have a huge international network of contacts like Robson had, and a good knowledge of players from other leagues. 12 weeks is apparently the maximum Shearer and Roeder can operate for under PL rules. So they could just about make it til the end of the season if that's what fatso has in mind.
