Parker doesn't deserve it based on pre-season tbh. He'll play is way in eventually, I hope.. Into the squad, not the team.

I think the lazy good-for-nothing foreigner thing stems more from Luque's fans assuming that anyone that doesn't think he's great doesn't like him because he's foreign, more than anyone actually disliking him because he's foreign. That's laziness on your part aimaad, and an easy get-out clause for you in your defence of Luque. Personally I dislike him because he has no heart and has done nothing like enough in a black and white shirt to convince me. The fact that Shola is keeping him out of the team is an indictment of Luque, not Roeder. He reminds me of me when I go to work - full of good intentions, but invariably putting no effort in and getting nothing done.

We'll turn them over at home niina. Honestly I don't think you have a thing to worry about. I'm not even remotely considering the possibility that they can turn the tie around. Canny arrogant I suppose (I did the same with Partizan ), but that's the way it is, I reckon.

Honestly Jimbo, it's quality. You won't be disappointed at all. How long is the full series gonna take? Many seeding?

Speaking of which - on the Legends last night they had Colin Cooper on. MacDonald introduced him as a "Special Guest", Gates said something like "I wouldn't go that far, Malcolm *cackle cackle*, MacDonald comes out with: "I missed the word 'needs' out." Way to go, Malcolm.

Definitely angry today like.

She picked the button mushroom.

Is Two For The Money really bad? I want to see it cos I don't mind McConaughey and I like Pacino, but I'm not sure about it. Forgot about Angels in America actually. That was the HBO thing where he's got AIDS or something, right? 175452 That's coming on More4 iirc 175460 Nice one. Will keep an eye out. More4 should be closer to the five terrestrial channels on the Sky Menu tbh. There's more decent stuff on that than on most other channels but I always forget about it because it's hidden in amongst a sea of shit channels.

What part of my post didn't you understand? 175456 The complete abomination you made of the quotes. Are you off your meds today, angry man?

And again Sima.

Sima completely unable to differentiate between his opinion and fact.

The Devil's Advocate is utter shit man. City Hall is a snoozefest an'all. I liked the rest of them, but I don't think he was outstanding in any of them. Dog Day's Afternoon, Serpico, The Godfather = Pacino really pulling his finger out. He's been lazy in a lot of stuff for years. So's De Niro.
-
All of them? What utter drivel. 175418 Ok Sima, most of them. Is that better? Perhaps you see something of yourself in them and can relate better.

Yes you are talking shite! Insomnia The Insider The Devil's Advocate Donnie Brasco City Hall Heat Carlito's Way Scent of a Woman 175413 Can't remember what he was like in The Insider, but The Devil's Advocate, Carlito's Way and City Hall he was treading water man. He was decent in Insomnia, good in Donnie Brasco, decent in Heat (although he did resort to a lot of shouting) and I can't decide about Scent of a Woman. He was a convincing blind man, but he suddenly became a Southern Belle with that accent in the speech at the end. WTF was that all about?! I think for a lot of the 90s and the 00's he's just been keeping his head above water tbh. He's always better than most because he's Al Pacino, but he's not blown me away in anything for years.

Scrubs can be amusing, but the characters are all so fickin obnoxious that I can't watch it.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say a bad word about it. I loved it, long time since I saw it, would like to see it again. 175384 I tell a lie, Rob Blackwelder of SplicedWire.com was not impressed. http://splicedwire.com/95andbefore/glengarry.html 175393 "There isn't a single memorable line in the whole picture"
-
Possibly the last time Pacino actually pulled his finger out and acted in a movie, although I might be doing him a disservice because I'm struggling to think of everything he's done since.
-
I don't think I've ever heard anyone say a bad word about it. I loved it, long time since I saw it, would like to see it again. 175384 I saw it a canny few years back and then it was on Sky about 6 months ago so I watched it again. Class.
-
He does give the ball away a canny bit like. He's stopped sitting on his arse in a huff now though, and more often than not goes looking to get it back. Not that that excuses losing it.
-
Talking of plays, have you all seen Glengarry Glen Ross? Originally a play, but the movie is quality. Jack Lemmon is class in it.
-
Do you like plays? 175369 Your kidding aren't you? The only culture Gemmill knows about are the ones growing in the empty pizza boxes in his living room 175377 I'll have you know, I've been to the h-opera, young man!
-
Glad to be hearing good stuff about I, Robot. Thought I'd fucked up there.

Do you like plays? 175369 Yeah. But stroking a pretend dog? That's just not cricket.
