I havent read it, from what I remember it is a fairly simple stack/position/blind size push fold strategy type of thing, which sounds pretty good to me Weee, Ive just bought it of Amazon along with No Limit Hold 'em: Theory and Practice by David Sklansky. I love buying poker books Missed this yesterday - aye, I'm halfway through it now, and it's pretty much as you say. The idea is to negate the superior skills of the top players by putting constant pressure on them to play for all of their chips. You only play with premium hands (based on position/stack etc) and if you're not all in pre-flop, then you're all in after unless something scary comes on the flop and it's likely that you aren't in the lead. I haven't tried it yet cos I'm still just reading, but it will certainly help out with my aggressiveness issues. Btw, the book doesn't come with the strategy cards (condensed versions of what the book advises), but I've ordered those separately - it would take a bit of effort to come up with them yourself. If you like it when you've read it, and you want copies, let me know.

The Collymore stuff in the papers yesterday reminded me of when someone rang in 5 Live when Collymore was on it and said that they thought he should be recalled to the England squad for the upcoming game against Sweden. Stan was chuffed, and pressed the fan on why he thought that (clearly fishing for compliments), to which the bloke responded "You're the only one with any experience of beating Swedes."

I can't get on that site from work! I tried before on the politics test, but it's ACCESS DENIED on the works filter - supposedly it's a personals and dating site.

The Salad Defense has actually succeeded in getting a bloke acquitted on charges of murdering his wife. Throw in the tuna and pasta, and this one doesn't even go to trial.
-
You should stick this up on NO Rob. The bloke could make a canny few quid from all the people on there that would order it. Assuming the mods didn't find some reason to delete it like.

Shite Reserve Team Manager Lee Clark and his Shite Reserve team

I think the player has to shoulder most of the responsibility. He was really unlucky with the injury he got, but I don't think he's done himself too many favours since then. People getting on his back at games won't help, and the manager not favouring him won't help, but I can't really blame the fans or the manager too much for either. I just don't expect anything from him whenever he gets on, and that's pretty much what he delivers. -

Yeah, it's the fans' fault he's utter dogshit. Confidence is a big part of being a fooballer..... So you think it is the fans' fault then? -
Good lad! Next time you'll think twice before you try and feed the bloke salad. You're lucky he didn't take a belt to you!

The proper t00nraider would never edit someone's post in quotes.

He's definitely carrying more weight this season than he was under Souness. It's primarily his responsibility, but some thick shit at the club should have picked up on it and sorted it out if the player is too stupid.
-
Aye, with the international break coming up, they maybe had a day or two off or something. Having said that, given that concentration is his main issue, staying up all night is probably not a good idea for the brainless feck. He should be at home, in bed, doing sudoku. I can see though how it would be pretty annoying, given his current negative input to the team, to see him out at 4 in the morning.

How about the original AND BEST t00nraider?

You're the PM what 5 bits of leglislation would you bring in?

Some of those women at Uni, particularly Indian ones, Jesus Wept! Just to see the other side of the coin, my mother was reasonably relaxed about drinking, even more so about marijuana (I got hash pipes for Christmas from 16 onwards). No one went off on one more than I did in college. Were you a KRAZY student? -
spongebob, have you read Kill Phil? I've bought it and have just started it, although I'm pretty wary of what they've got to say. I'll see like, but I know it's got the reputation of turning things into a bit of an all-in-fest. That Malmuth bloke on 2+2 gave it 10 out of 10, so it can't be all that bad.

How about reducing the 1st one to 15/16 and enforcing the second one strongly. There are plenty of countries with a lower drinking age than the UK without the associated problems and the US has a serious binge drink culture with a higher age limit. You'll know as well as anyone on here, but having a more relaxed attitude to drinking at a younger age generally promotes less of a need to binge and go mental when adulthood comes around. There just isn't the empathise put on going out and drinking. I agree with that like. The total dickheads that went off the rails at university were generally the ones who had been kept on a tight rein by their parents prior to that. From about 15, my mam knew I was going out and drinking (NAILS, I know), and didn't go daft about it, which definitely made a difference. Even at school it tended to be the kids that were doing the sneaking around thing that used to get themselves absolutely mong-arised and have their stomachs pumped etc. -

Theyd need some kind of way to test the people though constantly.. "Constantly." -
Thanks. I needed that.

Never mind though Renton, your defence of the theatre has brought you a little bit closer to finally facing up to your sexuality. "Happy Face, you are GHASTLY! Simply GHASTLY!"
