Fish, I only do pink wine. And you're better off where you are in the call centre than at that last place - I got slightly concerned when you were talking about possibly not going back to finish your course if the double glazing thing worked out. HF, I always hang up on cold callers. I tell them I'm not interested, and then if they try and give me any grief I just go "I'm REALLY not interested! BYE!" and that's the end of that. Toucan Telecom are the WORST for trying to tell you how little of your time they're going to take up.

Never done it, but they're supposed to be pretty hard going with their targets and what-have-you. Although saying that I do wonder whether they aren't just difficult for some of the simpletons I've spoken to. Presumably someone with intelligence (yes, I'm crediting you with some) struggles more with the tedium than the targets? Who with?

What happens like?

I preferred Ginola to Robert personally. I think I was younger when Ginola was around though, and had more of a romantic outlook on football than I had by the time Robert started getting on my tits with his non-performances. I don't remember Ginola's non-performances being as bad, but I might be guilty of rose-tinted spectacles stuff.

Me mam got me brother that for his birthday, whilst getting it signed she got a snog off Ginola. Nice! I just got one of the gyppo copies that was lying around in Waterstones after he'd left. Weeks after, actually. I didn't queue to meet him or owt like that.
