He's not got enough pace. He does beat his man, but three strides later they've caught him up and are hanging out a leg to block his cross. Fortunately his patented weak grasscutter crosses go straight under their block attempts most of the time but they also go behind our strikers.

I'd gladly keep out of anything to do with those unreadable pieces of cack. "Elron, son of Dongdor, third cousin of the Elf King Magdor, personal assistant and best friend of the Warlock Dicksplash" Load of shite!

Due to lack of games and fucking piss-poor management by Roeder. He's a professional footballer. Not looking interested is not in the job description.

Eh? It was on the telly woman! What were you doing to miss it? I watched every second of it on TV Gemmil..i meant i wanted to be there in person, felt very torn when we won. chuffed to bits of course but pissed off cos im never there to witness these special nights...you probably take it for granted cos you can go every week without giving it a thought. But i get withdrawal symptons, which i guess im having at the moment!! Funny cos I was wishing I'd stayed in and watched it on the telly. Honestly, you didn't miss a lot. The ground was (literally!) half-empty, it was cold, and well you saw yourself that it wasn't a great game. It really really wasn't a special night though. Anyway, you've been told before to get up here for a game. You keep pretending you're going to and then crying off. Sort it out beehatch! I saw the ground looked half empy and thought what is wrong with these people that live so close, I'd want to be there!!! but thanks, i feel abit better now. you're right, i must come up, i used to 2/3 times a year, but havent been up for just over 2 years now Thing is, i dont know any toon fans down here so i can only nag my best mate to come with me as hubby HATES football AND anything northern Im thinking of looking into the South West branch of toonfans that i know do a few trips up each season, it will be wierd not knowing any of them, but it may be the only way or come on my own Oh sorry to go on, im on a bit of a downer Mr. Toonraider: Oi don't trusts 'em, oi tells you! Pass me the gravy Bev, this hay bale is droiy! Get the train man woman man. Tell your mate she'll get to meet me. She'll go weak at the knees. What you on a downer for? Are you on nights? I would be manically depressed if I worked nights like. You could try this South West bunch, but there'll only be so much room on their tractor.

Are you trying to tell me that the Lord of the Rings book trilogy actually tells the story of the Lord of the Rings? That's INCREDIBLE.
-
We'll stick with our other under-performing strikers then who have worked tremendously hard to get us into 17th place then. No, you're right. Let's change things around and play a bloke that doesn't look interested and who has no heart for the fight. He'll save us from relegation. It's all so clear to me now.

Is that why they were chanting Shearer's name? He's got his own box there though hasn't he? They want to pack that in though.

This is true. Far too enthusiastic about EVERYTHING, that one.

'In Cold Blood' was class btw. Don't drag me into it by discussing a book I've actually read. Aye, quality isn't it. Still meaning to see Capote, but the DVD people keep sending me everything but.

Errr... there'll be no literary ponce-ification in the Friday thread, ladies!
-
There is a world of difference between Michael Owen and Luque. Owen is worth having in the team when he doesn't score. Luque is barely worth having in the team when he does.
-
Love chats tbh. The Fish blew it though.

It's actually the Latin adverb meaning THUS or So. Don't try and educate me, you ginger Australian philistine!

I thought they looked really ordinary. I expected a lot more from a team in the Spanish top flight but they looked like below-average Premiership fare.
-
Did he ring him up and tell him what a knob he was for doing an interview with the Chronicle? Nice touch like.
-
The bloke knocked a good corner in and a couple of decent crosses, and he looked more interested than he ever has for about the first half an hour or so. Still nowhere near good enough and there's no way he was giving 100% imo. You're right though, they'll cling onto owt on there - I'm not talking about you Nut, cos I know you'll probably read this.
-
Randy twat! The poor lass is probably fucking dreading it.
-
It's only ferkin FRIDAY again! Was tempted to take a half day but I think I'm gonna be a man and just sweat it out. I'm nails like that. Can't wait for home time though.

Aye. "Used to indicate that a quoted passage, especially one containing an error or unconventional spelling, has been retained in its original form."

do they still not sell alcohol inside the ground on UEFA matches?
Gemmill replied to themags's topic in Newcastle Forum
I'm really not that arsed about drinking at the ground. Get to my seat just as it's about to kick off, and assuming you don't leave your seat before the whistle goes for half time, you've got a 10-15 minute queue for a pint you pretty much have to neck to get back to your seat for the match. What's the point? -
Ginger mackem tbh.
