I think it's a bit ridiculous like. There is no way that the responsibility for tying this thing down was all down to one man - there should have been, and were various safety checks, but they just didn't reckon with the effect that a gust of wind could have on the thing. Very harsh to blame the bloke who came up with the idea for it. Horrible accident.

Aye I opened a second account a while back - Alliance and Leicester had one going where you didn't have to have any wages paid in and you got a load of Rpoints, so it might be worth checking with them. Think I'll give it a go - I never check my statements so I've no idea how much I've been charged, but I'm sure I go over my limits fairly regularly.
