  1. Wolves Palace is literally why the meme Barclaysman was born. Two teams who will finish between 12-17th, but scared to actually attack and play football and attack. Zaha was more boo than goose, but at least he was fun on the eye. Palace for me have run their course in the PL - sooner that Everton and Palace are in Championship...
  2. Is Jorge Mendes still involved with the Chinese at Wolves? Something is horrid at Wolves if you lose Jiminez, Jota, Neves, Patricio and every other senior pro that got Championship to European football. Even Coady got told to leave. Smells on par of Ashley wanting a total culling of our senior pros
  3. Atmosphere from Bournemouth is pathetic. 2-0 up against City, and not a peep. Bournemouth fans just sat there like NPCs. No wonder Haaland eventually scores - no aggression. Burn is shite, but would put his body on the line for Haaland not to score.
  4. City 2-0 down at Bournemouth - persisting to play everything inside. Bournemouth scored 2nd from width on left and a cross, no cut inside - cross and a goal! Edit - should be 3-0 - Man City are getting dusted.
  5. Watching Bournemouth Man City game. City's GK has been their best player. Andoni Iraloia played under Bielsa at Bilbao - can see loads of that influence on the pitch, man marking, everyone attacking etc.
  6. My first shirt was Robert 32, to this day he's my favorite player. Wand of a left foot. Gordon playing on the right is brilliant - as he can dust any FB to the byline, but is a threat inside. Tino defends Martenelli all day because he matches pace, as the winger will always cut inside. Same with Hall, Saka is a bit more fancy - but last resort, inside. It's why Southgate always fucked us - Saka on the right/Trippier LB...Young 2018 LB, always inside, no width, nothing behind, no crosses, Kane the poacher meh.
  7. I think Arteta knows he's already lost the title. Pep doesn't lose leagues when he is infront. Arsenal will come 2nd, Chelsea 3rd. It will be a Pep 1,2,3. Mourinho is the only one - 11/12 Real Madrid 100 points, Pep 2nd 91. To beat Pep and Man City, it needs a team to be able to get 90-100 points across 38 games. That's the precident.
  8. Always hated players playing on their wrong foot - unless your Pep/Messi/Villa/Neymar etc. Arsenal always played inside. Our goal came from natural width. Gordon dusted all of Arsenal's left hand side, in defence and attack. Incredible assist that was natural to him on the right foot. Kenedy-Rondon, Ritchie-Wilson, now Gordon-Isak - these are the goals you remeber.
  9. Longstaff is a limited midfielder, Howe has told him instructions - unless there is space, he can't pass. But he will attack that 6yard box run with timing, and track and press, and defend. Tonali coming on gave us an injection.
  10. Bruno's best game in black and white Lewis Hall is best English left footed LB - (Southgate, Carsley bottled it and play a CB, or RB) Tonali coming on after 60 mins, secured that win - he dropped into that middle of midfield and his eneregy to chase and press fucked Arsenal's midfield build up. First thing he did, was get the ball and run forward with aggression - that turned the tide from us defending like pussys, to us a new energy to defend that half hour with aggression! Gordon He can only play RW now. Full backs are scared of him, because he can blast past them to the byline. I love and hate what Pep did to wide players - Pedro, Messi, Etto, Villa, Neymar, Sanchez - but playing wide players on their wrong foot has spunked it's load. Almiron for Murphy - a right footed player is an example - now Gordon! Big Joe Little Joe Partnership A fit Joe Willock could be massive - when we got 4th, that partnership of the Joes switching inbetween LCM/LW was amazing. They just take turns at pressing and bullying Timber. A fully fit Willock/Joelinton picks that left side. Pope Never been the same since that Liverpool game. Injury has fucked him. Would be interesting to know if there has been a change on GK coach. He treats the ball like a handgrenade - corner, FK, cross, or kicking. When we did defend a high line he was good at sprinting and booting the ball as a 3rd CB/Sweeper. Pope is a third of the player he was even at Burnley - Liverpool got the Georgian Marma for a decent fee, that's what Mitchell was saying our recruit was terrible.
  11. Nick Pope treats a football like a handgrenade. His years playing at Burnley under Dyche must have really affected him. Joelinton's time is up - he's one of th clubs highest earners, but does fuck all? He can't control a ball, he does create, he doesn't score. Bruno, Tonali, Hall, Schar, Trippier are the only players than control the ball propely.
  12. I'm thinking we should be down as 6-14th team We are still playing Jacob Muphy, Dan Burn, Sean Longstaff - From the bench is Almiron? Paul Mitchel should full send on everyone at the club.
  13. Stop blaming Southgate - he's an FA Brand ambassador. Steve Holland had Walker to CB becuase he watched Conte play Azplicueta in that role. Against Australia home - Trent played that inverted fb role, but Gallagher and Henerson got in the way. Harry Kane cannot press. Thomas Muller leads a high press for Bayern, and it was so easy for Kross to dictate a game.
  14. Caught you on a bad day I guess. The Fauci-Beagle stuff is very easy to learn about, same as his links to the Ebola virus and AIDS virus. Once upon a time Josef Mengele existed, the Japanese where notorious for being rather sadistic .
  15. Please don't research Dr. Fauci cutting Beagles vocal cords - so they couldn't bark - whilst he forced these dogs to be bitten by toxic mosquitos. https://x.com/_APWK_/status/1797880551212450118 https://x.com/i/status/1797662427833942463 No fan of MGT - but Fauci was happy and proud to stand behind his science. Robert Fauci is heavily envolved in Ebola and AIDS odly enough...
  16. Can see happy Bruno staying for the forseeable future, but he'll use a release clause and 'media demand' to be on the big bucks. Same with Isak to an extent - every window they'll be shitbag pieces, pundits and Youtube view merchants linking Bruno and Isak away. No club in the world would pay what we'd ask on a free market, but see they'll always be a low release clause to allow him an easy get out if we stop paying what he's worth. Bruno's a £150-200M footballer in this market. 2nd best Bruno is on 300k a week at least? - Enzo, Caicedo, Lavia all gone to Chelsea for big fees and on bigger contracts you'd think. Haaland always had low release clause since he was at Molde, and has leveraged that to now command fortunes at City. Mbappe this summer is prime example - Madrid has been lined up for best part of 3 years. Chelsea spunking £100M fees is not the system, the best players will retain their value and eventually get it. If Bruno is still playing for us when he's 30, we will be paying him at least 300K a week - if not, we'll have lost him for under £100m.
