I've spent the last three weeks on a health kick - drinking three litres of water, increasing my step count and nailing the exercise bike. Up until Friday I'd gone from 15st 8 to 14st 10 in those three weeks. Then the weekend happened and I've ended up more or less back to 15 clem Once upon a time I'd just have to make a decision to exercise more and eat less and the weight would fall off me (with little effort).
