Holding a door shut with a broomstick? I was hoping the robber was dressed as Harry Potter and shouted Avada Cadaver before shooting his victims -

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
Kitman replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
I suspect the converse is true - don't spend money on improving the team and management and you get left behind. As weve proven.- 10610 replies

I think the patrons of RTG include a large contingent of people who are either kids or thick as fuck, or both. I wouldn't expect intelligent thought about the issue therefore from a lot of them or any appreciation of the moral dimensions of this. They're more bothered about defending SAFC which is sad - if the boot was on the other foot I'd like to think we'd be throwing shit at the player and the club and rightly so. I dunno about the mods deleting threads but I suspect they're less concerned about stifling debate than keeping the lid on the legal position. Given the lack of brain cells with some of the posters, I expect certain comments could technically be libellous, so they probably feel under siege atm. I don't know whether anybody ever pays attention to opinions on an internet forum though.

Steve McClaren sacked as Newcastle United 'Head Coach' (Manager)
Kitman replied to Tooj's topic in Newcastle Forum
Weve never appointed a foreign manager under Ashley. Or a young one for that matter. So our pool of managers is old British and out of work. Theres no reason ti suppose that sort of talent pool is going to equal success -
No idea why all the tit references but happy bapday anyway

Steve McClaren sacked as Newcastle United 'Head Coach' (Manager)

I don't think Schteve is the man to lead a relegation batlle. There's something of a rabbit in the headlights about him. At the moment the most likely scenario is we'll go down with him at the helm, with Cathro replacing him in the summer. -
Nil points again

He can focus on the job centre if we keep losing -
Dunno why but I thought that was Seth Johnson....

The main thing I took away from that is that Jimmy Bullard is an utter cunt. I don't blame him for taking the deal but ffs did he need to crow about it and brag about "bleeding cash"? Sums up the modern PL footballer to me really, money grabbing arsehole.

Imagine being stuck inside a failing old institution for years, stuck with the same deadbeats every day and wasting your life away. Anyway thats enough about Sunderland AFC...

Fwiw I think mcclarens a bit of a loser. Probably lacks that bit of presence and slice of luck thats makes all the difference in results. I dont think we'll ever be more than mediocre under him. Its a shame cos he seems like a good man with more integrity than we got from shitbags like Allardyce and Pardew. Doesn't help that the defence is a pile of shite as others have pointed out.

Impressive to see Oba playing well into his 50s

If he's released by SAFC we'll probably sign him on a free

The admission of grooming and limited sexual contact to me makes it sound as if hes guilty of much worse. You have to ask whether someone who goes to the effort of grooming a 15 year old would stop at kissing. The guilty admissions sound to me like something his lawyers have come up with to mitigate the sentence. All just speculation of course but the evidence against him must be pretty bad for him to make any admission of wrong doing given the implications for him. More than a "his word against her word" type situation anyway

The only way we'll be free of Ashley is a Matthew Harding style accident or a heart attack. He'll only sell for silly money imo.

Fucking hell that "poem". Makes William McGonagall look like the bard
-
No I can't. However I'd have more time for him if he hadn't spent so much time injured, unluckily or not.
-
He's paid to play, which he's hardly done with over half the season gone. Like a lot of seasons in fact.
