Obertan: Earths' gravity is no match for him.
Kitman replied to Park Life's topic in Newcastle Forum
If he's that shit then presumably the answer would be to drop Squidward and play Guti right wing and Marveaux left wing. I assume Marveaux is fit enough now? I haven't seen Oberhead's last 2 games so can't comment, but he's looked pretty handy previously. Whilst it's too early to write him off, it sounds like there are worrying trends there. Regardless of his confidence levels he should work his socks off when we don't have the ball and get stuck in to tackles. Hopefully he'll sort himself out with more games and some positive coaching. -
I bet his lass thought it was dead romantic. She was probably hoping for a quiet little rendezvous to say goodbye. Instead he takes her to Greggs, loads up with tuna and cheese n onion and then gives her a big wet smackeroo. Reeling from a taste resembling Satan's codpiece, she looks across and sees SMO standing there brazenly taking pictures on his phone. I only hope for her sake SMO's cock was not to hand at the same time.

Can't stop looking at the premiership league table

Yes. If their owner was incapacitated there'd be no running for help or faithfully keeping guard, like your average dog. No siree, once it became clear no more food was forthcoming, Tiddles would be happily chowing down on the hand that fed and stroked him for years.

Yup, bad craic. Bookies still have ABs as favourite but with longer odds The morning front page in the NZ National Herald was devoted to a "Day of Heartbreak". Oh my God, you say, what happened......another earthquake? A boat lost at sea? A major road traffic accident? No, the Warriors rugby league team lost the Grand Final against an Aussie team and Dan Carter is out of the world cup. I love NZ!

Physioroom.com is reporting Ba has a sprained ankle, which supports that idea.

Toys out of pram, "am not travelling half the length of the country to sit on the bench" I believe was the quote. Hadn't heard that, is that a fact? Unprofessional if true....

I think he's a championship player these days. Probably a good pro but not PL standard. Him and Alan Smith out of contract this summer, will free up a couple of squad places for replacements

Delighted with 3 away points, geddin. Didn't see the game but sounds like a draw would have been fair. Ha ha, up yours MickMack! Interesting that neither Santon nor Barfa came on from the bench. Also that Elliott was sub keeper ahead of Harper who presumably is now fit. Assume they're making it clear he won't get a game and should leave in Jan.

The match was more entertaining than I expected (I didn't go in the end), I don't think Scotland threw it away it was more a case England got control into their game. They can hold their heads up high for today's effort because they really had a go. If they'd played like that against Argentina they wouldn't be on the plane home yet. I think despite England showing signs of getting their shit together in the pack second half, the lack of cutting edge in the backs, especially the centres, is the real problem imo. They don't look like breaking the oppo's defence, and the ball doesn't get down the line quickly enough, if at all.

Cool. You probably know this already Gem, but good trainers only have a limited number of miles in them. So if you do a lot of running it's worth keeping track of overall distance so you know when they're done

I was wondering if hamstring injury was a euphemism for something......

Senior player, club in the middle of a slump and he's out till the early hours presumably getting mullered. Embarrassing for Brewcie before you even get into the alleged sex attack and drug possession.

I saw Nolan in the flesh at Peterborough the last time I was over and fuck me I thought he was slow then. However he was also a class footballer and didn't lack for effort, so surprised at some of those comments. I wonder if Fat Sam's indulging in the long ball stuff and expecting Nolan to skip about the pitch onto knock downs, or maybe everything isn't rosy in hippo head's garden

http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_pre...yer_injury.html Worth a look, staggering. Dyer's been injured on nearly 40 separate occasions since 2002. I know people have commented on this before but I didn't realise he's hardly played since he left us. Ok you can't help a broken leg but otherwise what the hell's wrong with him?! If his contracts with WHU and QPR aren't 'pay as you play' they want shooting. With consistent appearances I reckon he could have achieved a lot in his career, however I doubt he'll be remembered in 10 years' time for anything much (except Lee Bowyer). Has there been anyone in recent times who's got a consistently worse injury record? Off the top of my head I can only think of Carr, Babayaro and Owen who could rival him in terms of toon players.

Do you not rate Santon like? No-one has ever seen him play Gosling was playing alongside Tiote in everyone's starting XI in the off season. Look how that turned out. Are you sure about that? Can't say I remember anybody saying that, or if they were, it certainly wasn't everyone. My impression was that Gosling featured in Deano and Christmas Tree's starting XI rather than everyone else's.

Somebody must have played badly in defence considering we conceded 3 goals?

What possessed you to hire a Fiat Punto? We were broke at the time, and only driving down to Connemara for a friend's wedding. We only used the car about 4 times I think, and I was sick out of it on one of them on the way to Westport. Apparently it was very scenic (the 9 Pins or summink), not that I gave a fuck, I thought I was dying. Someone had given me a lethal Camberwell Carrot the night before, after an extended session of Guinness and whiskey, and I hadn't really recovered the following day. A bowl of Irish stew and a half a Guinness later and I was back on the pig's back.... Great days.
