It's out tomorrow, man.

Ought to be thankful for that ropey old useless cunt not releasing anything.
-
Was never the same after my mate called him a cunt in the Cooperage tbh.

Bullard told he can leave Fulham

Think I said it in the summer but I'd take him as a squad player for a couple of million. Stronger alternative in the middle to Cacapa or Geremi IMO. Then again, Geremi's frightening accuracy when it comes to spotting Owen's movements might come in useful yet. -
The Jimi Hendrix Experience.

The Chronicle have a much larger scope in terms of advertising the proceedings than the NUSC do. In full support of this like. Great idea and it should be a great tribute.
-
God, this is all terribly boring. Someone throw the racism around, please.

Ashley threatened with sectioning after worrying outburst
Ayatollah Hermione replied to Ketsbaia's topic in Newcastle Forum
This sort of thing takes me back. We'll be hearing another Laurent Robert-esque "He's gone; Good!" when Owen leaves, no doubt. -
Is that what he's been sectioned for? EDIT: I said this before reading the actual sectioning thread. Great minds, eh?
-
Never dull with that lot.

Honestly, Parky, most of the time, I have no fucking idea what you're on about.
-
Buy the Cohen one, lets face it he needs the money more. Brilliant. There's actually a big campaign to get Buckley to number one which I'm fully behind. Will only set me back a fiver or so to get it from a few different places.
-
Fingers crossed. Can't see it happening like. Wouldn't blame him either.
-
Got to be a wind-up surely?

Thank god KK watched the Bassong trial.

Ashley: "I have not had a single credible bid"
Ayatollah Hermione replied to Jimbo's topic in Newcastle Forum
Those first 10 lines or so read like a trailer for a crap action film. Bonus points to Ashley if he goes on an Arnie style rampage when he comes back into the ground, seeking revenge. -
Shearer getting a dig at Andy Reid and Lee Dixon in the same sentence on MOTD was quality. At least if we're going down, Shearer can be the light-hearted relief.
-
Off to buy 3,000 copies of Buckley's Hallelujah.
-
Thought that was really poor after I finally tracked it down which is a shame because it's certainly a grand little idea. Will have to give it another listen.
-
Baggio Captain Contrary to the rescue again, I see.

North East Strictly C**t Dancing

Looks the shittest crime fighting team ever. -
The Hold Steady is Springsteen-esque rock, TV on The Radio are the Brooklyn king-pins of weird electronic music and are quite funky, Jamie Liddell is a soul singer that has these really great electronic/disco type soul songs, Atmosphere's album is "When Life Gives You Lemons, You Paint That Shit Gold" so that should be the only review you need. Brendan Canning is 80s pop (If I'm thinking of the right BSS Presents. Might be Kevin Drew, that one) anyway, it's worth checking out. Santogold sounds a bit like MIA, if MIA wrote pop songs in the 70s. Also, from my list; The Week That Was is baroque pop with some brilliant drumming (whack the bass up full and put it in your stereo), Pete Molinari is like a child of the Dust Bowl and Laura Marling is worth downloading for her voice alone. Bon Iver is a folk album which was recorded in some godforsaken forest and it really shows as it's extremely raw but makes for great listening. I love the multi-tracking he used on his choruses too.

TV on the Radio have reached the tipping point? God Damnit! I don't understand the kids these days. It used to be cool to fawn over whatever Pitchfork was rating highly but now that's apparently uncool and you can only be cool if you listen to really obscure experimental folk from some forgotten realm. Honestly, I don't know how they can listen to music with their head so far up their own arse.

Amazed me to see the new album near the top of a lot of Best of lists this year like. Thought the lead single was canny enough but the rest was the same old boring rubbish.
