Just waiting for Stevie to touchdown in here.

Peter Molyneux is nothing if not a good hype man. He sold me on Fable 2 and it was fucking shit. Nothing says interesting gameplay like farting to attract brides and breaking the game by overpowering one spell and hammering it until everything falls down. I'm excited for this though.

Look at those flight outbound to the USA from LHR

On the side of it? -
Too young to remember the last one so this was fantastic to see for me personally. Second goal was a beauty and it's a shame that Best didn't break his duck at the end.

That my friend is what we call a shite one. In other news, everyone laughed at peter griffin for buying volcano insurance, who's laughing now? Certainly not anyone watching Family Guy.

All I got from Cameron's bits was that he met a black person once.

Then We Came to The End - Joshua Ferris Very good comedy debut by an American writer about the lives of a group of office workers as they cope with lay-offs, odd jobs and each other. It's very understated and a lot of the comedy comes from the little idiosyncracies that pop up in these relatively normal people. I got it for a quid in a charity shop so it's been a bargain really.

We're never going to win playing with 10 men

Didn't KK praise David Kelly then flog him right after? A manager has to publically back his players, even if they, and us, know they're not up to it.

I can't believe April Lawton never achieved real mainstream popularity in the small time she was active.

I know you were specifically talking about England but as Scotland is so near us I thought it was relevant. It's got some of the best scenery in the planet imo. This year I have been to Mauritius already and will be going to France, NW Scotland and Mexico later on but it's the Scottish trip I'm looking forward to most (weather permitting - it's shit in the rain). The landscape around Torridon is surreal - I'll not post any photos though as this is an NE thread. The Tyne valley just looks quite ordinary to me. As Alex says there's far more beautiful places in Northumberland, especially along the coast imo. I like Corbridge and would like to live there but I'm not sure its worth the premium on house prices tbh. I love that Alston road as well. When you get to the top of the pass and the Lakes are spread out before you - happy times. I agree regarding Scotland, even the borders have beautiful scenery, when you go the slow way through Ponteland to Edinburgh, you get to the border the view is unbelievable at the top. Perthshire's gorgeous too and of course the West Coast, even the area West of Glasgow is absolutely amazing. I bet half of the jocks don't appreciate what they have. Regarding the coast, I find coasts boring, I like greenery and dramatic hills and valleys, but Bamburgh Beach is in the top 10 places of natural beauty in this country especially with the castle as the backdrop. Spent some time in Balloch recently and that has some gorgeous scenery when you look out off Balloch Bridge. Even taking their train service from there into Glasgow has some beautiful stuff, especially if the sun's out.

It's all in the hips.

Nice to see he's looking toward the summer. I imagine most of these agents are from Pompey players desparately trying to get off that ship.

Poor Shola - He could score a hattrick in the Cup Final against the mackems and he'd still be no more popular than Warren Barton. 9,278 - his testimonial crowd They could probably play it at the training ground.

Ashley to allow spending spree in summer

so who do we reckon we should be going for, whos under 26 from these clubs?? (oh and cheap as well) So our plan is to target rejects from 3 of the bottom 4 clubs? Genius. Also begs the question who'd you get from West Ham. Players like Carlton Cole will probably command decent fees and the majority of their side has looked shite all season. -
That article is basically a shit WUM getting wound up more than her intended audience.

GTA: Chinatown Wars is typically excellent and I really enjoyed Professor Layton and The Curious Village. The Phoenix Wright games are also similar and are entertaining enough.

I'm gonna ring him up. Make sure you call him a "stuttering prick" and a "Bugs Bunny looking bastard"

The scary thing is, from watching numpties like this on Sunday Supplement, they seem to believe the drivel they write. Unless they're keeping it that way for Sky.

Same shit, different day tbh. We go down and stay with the team and we're lauded but now we're back to the Premier League, our staying with the team isn't quite as loyal as we haven't really boasted about. Got all of this to look forward to at least. I can't wait until the first day of September where the opinion pieces say we were unrealistically expecting Ashley to splash out £500 million despite no evidence.

Ashley to allow spending spree in summer
Ayatollah Hermione replied to loonyTOON's topic in Newcastle Forum
I hope this is more along the lines of Pancrate/Ryan Taylor rather than Enrique. Pancrate's out of contract so can't be sold (along with Butt and One Size). What with Ryan Taylor being shite I can't see many takers there. I'd hope it's just Taylor, Xisco and Ameobi. I fear it'll be more. I thought Pancrate was on a longer contract? I'll take your Paul Joannou-esque word on it I assume we'll see the back of Taylor and Xisco, aye but Shola's going to be here until he retires. We'll never shake him. As for Ryan Taylor, I think he's a Championship level player (and not particularly a good one) and providing we don't try and get too much for him, I can see him going. Maybe it's wishful thinking though. -
