If anyone steals your food, piss in their drawers.

Basically my first year as well. I didn't hand in 4 bits of work and still passed.

Kevin, spend your loan on strippers and alcohol.

I did general studies as an AS, passed it then dropped it into A-Level. I think I done it because another option was blocked. It's basically a crash course into everything that happens in the world with no real depth.

I'd avoid the Bigg Market, full of the scummier lot of Newcastle. Most places are fine with fancy dress as well so you'll be fine. As for places to go, there's plenty so it depends what you're after.

You still can. Do the voluntary work over the next year and whack it on your personal statement/CV before Uni and you'll look a far more attractive prospect for the Uni to take on.
-
Up in where? That's the best thing you can do at this point...think. Don't rush into anything. You work at maccies so you won't end up on the dole. You can afford to take your time, even if it means missing out on college/uni this year. And if you want any advice on computer programming type career stuff, I'll advise you from my own experience. I have another year of upper 6th. I apply for uni in january. we'll see how things turn out in the next few weeks. It's probably been suggested already, but have you tried asking for a voluntary placement with an IT company? At least then you can see if you like the work, gain some valuable experience, and get some valuable contacts and references. You have said elsewhere you want more shifts at Maccy D's, so you clearly have plenty of spare time- put it to good use. You can do that ? I doubt someone would just let me in but. You get the opportunity to do work placements at Uni as well but if you just send whoever an e-mail and say that you're interested in gaining some experience, some places might have places for you. It won't hurt to ask; worst thing they say is No, best thing is you get some valuable experience and one up on other people when you eventually apply for work.

And you made the same mistake we all made! You have your degree(s?) before you knew which degree you actually needed. It's the system! They all try and push people into education without letting them choose their life first. I agree with that like. When I was at school/6th form, it was nowt but "meet these careers advisors" "sort your personal statements out" "which university are you going to? Well, these subjects will help" at 14/15. I remember thinking "fuck off, man. I'm not even through puberty yet, never mind at the point where I want to pick a career" No chance you actually thought that you wierdo! Well, I was probably looking at the tits of the careers advisor but still, I'm attempting to sound mature here, man

That proves my point! You only want to go to uni to avoid the dole - although getting a job/career would do the same thing, but you want to avoid that scary prospect too. Wouldn't say that's true of everything like. If he goes and takes a Business degree, fair enough but some jobs you need to have University qualifications, be it degrees or masters.

Are they AS levels or A Levels? I got shite AS Levels because I was a cocky little shite who never revised (not that I'm saying you are ) in everything but my History but it kicked me on to do well in the next year and left with 2 Bs and an A. My advice: sit down, have a wank, a nice cup of tea, enjoy the rest of your summer and knuckle in next year.

The Count of Monte Cristo. Very good, obviously.

Because it's going up against THE MAN MOVIE FOR MEN in The Expendables. -
They're the new adjectives.

Well, you potter around in the sky somewhere then come back whenever you want to scare the shite out of people. Sounds pretty fun, especially if you get to meet Hendrix.
-
That's more like it, Kev. Next up, you need to get some expensive whiskey, some expensive drugs and have a proper night since you've got to die of something.

The one for Sinners is class as well. Basically, avoid these sorts of places like the plague. -
Willamson/Campbell is a decent defensive pairing IMO. Not the quickest like but their reading of the game should make up for it a bit.

10 pinter on top of a 3 bagger tbh.

If he spends it like he did here, it'll not make much difference anyway.

As far as I know, aye but there's still a load of scaffolding up. It's a Head of Steam pub now though so make of that what you will. So's Tilley's It was open while they were doing the outside, then it shut to do the inside but there's nowt on the website and I don't want to look like a plum again by trying to go there for a drink when it's shut. Should be cracking when it's done like as the building is quality. Touche Ah right, I couldn't tell you then. I pass it on the bus into town whenever I go so I'll let you know to save any embarrassment -
