  1. Tried loads of continental lagers yesterday but I'm fucked so can't remember them. I can only assume they were strong. One was Belgian and called Bacchus something or other at about 6%. Was a bit fruity like but nice.
  2. I've got a double bed and only I use it. That's for the posh lass btw.
  3. Absolutely fucking mental. Captain of a relegated side.
  4. It's an odd trend on the internet that sees someone losing an argument then referring to the winner as being incredibly angry as if it gets him some points on board. I think Chez is the last person on here to get worked up over it tbh. Enrique is definitely better than Baines as well, don't be mental.
  5. oh no my sides have split from laughter
  6. The difference he makes when he's in the team, man. To think we had Alan Smith there at the start of the season. To be fair, Tiotte would get into most teams. I know, I wasn't saying that though. I know mate, earlier in his career Smith was a pretty decent player though, he's not been the same since his injury and even in this midfield position now the premiership looks to be too fast for him. I thought Smith even looked pedestrian in The Championship. I don't know if he's just lost all motivation to play but you'd have thought he'd have been able to keep up down there. Saying that, I'd be content picking up his wage for fuck all as well.
  7. Out working on Saturday so looks like I'm going to miss it. What a pisser.

  9. Drove past it the other day and he's open from 10am. Who goes out looking for porn mags at 10 in the morning?
  10. "In Birmigam! Too many snow!!!" "is shit!" jajajajajajajajajajajajajajaja

  12. he's not done anything different to Houghton either though, and it's not like he's got a lot of changes to choose from. Selection and tactics wise we could do it with that squad, team basically picks itself with the lack of viable players. ...and even then he's made some howlers. I don't think anyone thought he would be "worse" than Houghton really though, we all thought he'd be probably around the same but no better so there was no reason to bring him in, and the main problem of him being a puppet/mouthpiece for the higher ups which he is. I think your wrong. Pardew is willing to make the changes to both personel and tactics where Hughton wouldn't have. We would not have seen Ferguson in the prem, we'd have lost last night because we would of had a defensive set-up which sets the tone. Pardew was brave and changed tactics in a match to three at the back with two wing backs flying up the pitch. CH would never of done it. So to say Pardew does exactly the same, well your wrong. Give him a proper transfer window, after he's seen good amounts of the players and let's see what happens next season. Eh? We beat Arsenal away and that wasn't a defensive performance by any stretch. Pardew's little escapades in tactical arseache were ridiculous when he had Lovenkrands out wide and 3 at the back considering it doesn't work anymore. We'd have seen Ferguson under Hughton as well considering the sheer lack of depth tbh, and remember, Pardew has still played Perch a couple of times. He's done decent enough but it's largely because of the form that Hughton has got out of Barton, Coloccini and Nolan. He has got Best looking like an actual footballer but I think Best had motivated himself and was well up for taking his chance. I think there's some serious revisionist history going around with regards to the job Hughton actually done for us.
  13. When Enrique on Twitter, it was the best Twitter account of all time. A month of brilliance.
  14. Job done with him as far as we're concerned tbh.
  15. Guthrie was perfectly fine tonight. Was canny in possession, done his fair share of work in pressuring and defending. He was never going to be an "attacking CM" tonight, nor is he one anyway IYAM.
  16. Cymbal bag on eBay for 8 quid all together, RRP is £25. It's a life-saver for annoying musical things.
  17. Mad buzz kicking about the toon walking to the pub. Setting myself up for disappointment
  18. Monkey, you have ability but your a fuckin tool, you can forge a great career here but unless you commit and improve your attitude the door is there. What is it to be? Stay and work hard or do you want to leave?
  19. You should be more positive about this, TN.
  20. Steven Taylor's dad installed my parents' burglar alarm system in the mid-90s. I camped out next to Steven Taylor's cousin at Isle of Wight festival. She gave me rum.
  21. John Steel? He sat next to my mum at school. John Steel PART 3. My grandad taught him some drum techniques when he was 15/16.
  22. I bought a vintage Ludwig drum stand tonight that belonged to none other than the drummer from Dexy's Midnight Runners who toured with it in 1982. If you ever seen them at the Coatsie Club or Exhibition Park, chances are I've now got the drum stand that his crash was on
  23. Nar but I wouldn't mind spraying my balls across her pitch anyway.
