Canny servant to us IMO. His goals in the second half of the Championship season were vital to us coming up (as well as him playing right after his father's death) and he scored some canny goals last year for us. Don't think he's struggled in recent months through lack of effort, more lack of quality at this level. Decent two year period from him for a free transfer. Fair play.

I bought a PS3 after a 360 and think I prefer the 360 because of the interface funnily enough. The store is better, checking your friends list is better and even silly things like checking your achievements is a hell of a lot easier. The back catalogue is pretty much the same now barring a few exclusives so you're only really missing out on Gears of War and Forza if you get a PS3. If you want to play your mates at FIFA then you may as well though you'll have to buy a headset if you want to chatter on to them.

Back four was class, Ryan Taylor must be fucking knacking since he took a beating but Simpson winding them up with the towel was class Special mention for when he called the ball boy 15 yards to give him it and then just give him it straight back Obertan looked dangerous and seemed to use his pace a lot better with some good runs, Cabaye and Guthrie were good with Cabaye trying the defence splitting pass a tad too often whereas Guthrie kept play moving and retained possession well. Best worked his bollocks off again but Ba and Gutierrez. Fucking hell, they were amazing. Demba Ba was playing like a young Shola and Gutierrez' work rate is different class. Stoke are fucking awful. Huth led with his knee about three times and that horrible bouncer Walters fucking headbutted Ryan Taylor with no punishment! Perch's booking was a fine 50-50 and he won the ball and got booked!
