It could be that Barnes is much better when he gets settled into the team and has a run of games but the quality of Gordon makes that look very unlikely unless the latter gets an injury. And he seems pretty durable up to now. It’s hard because he is a much better option off the bench than some other teams have but he probably also wants to start games.

Thought we were shocking first half and, if Barnes isn’t injured, he’d have no excuses about being taken off as he was fucking shit. Likewise for Longstaff and Almiron.
