He's slow but he doesn't lose the ball. He was good until he got injured again. Injuries have been his biggest problem the last couple of years. The minutes he was on he didn't lose possession and his ball in for the first goal was class. Well said. I always remember it as a volley from the halfway line but when i watched it back i think it was more like a half volley from about 30 yards out. For the Ricky Villa goal, city were like statues. I think we might have been bottom of the table at the time. I hated spurs for years after that.

a draw would probably be a good result for us, but i doubt it will feel like it as we have Liverpool, Spurs and Forest to follow.

Personally i doubt it will be ready for August. Estimates vary with some suggesting late 2025. I suspect completion might be phased. If i was them i'd focus on the stadium part before worrying about putting kettles in the hotel rooms or opening the bars etc. edit: other fans seem to think its December 2025 / January 2026.
