Why do I have a memory of him not playing for absolutely ages when we first signed him? I cannot believe he has only missed 7 games since he signed. It is an impressive statistic.

I was wondering how Man U are getting away with results the way they have this year. I know a draw would have suited us better but I feel like this sits better with me. I also feel that we can catch Man U.

Is this all down to teams 'growing' (or finding/stockpiling) youth to sell? I can understand how we are above Spurs but I don't get Liverpool.

I am not sure to be honest. I have often wondered why we put so many people on a bench we have no real intention of playing them. It may just be matchday experience.

100% agree. The original point made was that we had youth on the bench and we could have used them. All I was saying is that in a situation where you are trying to see out a 1-0 win, Dummet was clearly the right call for Howe. The mistake is all on Dummet.

To be fair on Howe, Dummet should have been the safe option here.

I think this is a post too close to the game. Yes we could/ should have scored a few more. Fact is, without the pen, Everton would have nothing from the game. We have no Pope, Trippier, Botman, Lascelles, Tino, Joelinton, Miley, Tonali, Miggy, Gordon or Wilson. A draw was not a fair reflection of the game but football is not fair. I doubt the West Ham fans feel the pen was a fair decision a few days ago.

Disappointing but we were 3-1 down the other day and we have managed to get 4 points from the two games. Things like this are annoying but happen in football. I am furious with Dummet and I really hope that there is some form of bollocking for him. The foul offered us nothing but ended up costing us 2 vital points.

What is it that we did that other fan bases who have protested have not done? The only thing that sticks out for me is that bloke who did the NUFC coffin but every single fan base has their own version of him. I guess there is the bloke who punched the horse but one of their fans did exactly the same thing. I have not heard of one of our fans shitting on a seat but I have seen some questionable things down the Bigg Market. I just do not get the moral superiority when their city is such a dump.

Are Tino and Miggy injured?

There have been times that they have signed players and I have been frustrated that we didn't go for them (Bent, Johnson, Defoe, Rodwell) but I have not held that belief for any period of time afterwards.

I can't. I have a really poor internet connection. I take it that it is a yes. This makes me happy as I would have been disappointed in you haha

So, I managed to watch it from 3-1 down so I thoroughly enjoyed the match. I am not buying our pen and I would be furious if it had went against us. I have been told their second was dubious so maybe I should accept it. It is great to see we have a team that doesn't give up a 3-1 down.

It depends which information they have already provided or the treatment that they receive. I work with a company who make it standard to take 2 weeks to reply to an email when I require something from them (they have shared their policy to reply to emails within 2 weeks to be fair to them). This is extreme frustrating especially when it takes 2-3 emails to get to the bottom of an issue. I now apply the same approach with them and set a reminder in my calendar or schedule send a response.

It has done my head in all night.
