  1. Not even fucking sure to be honest. Halfway between Annan and Gretna. Probably pushing "borders" a bit but there's at least 7 folk in here so it's basically a metropolis. If you need anymore evidence I was just talking to a bloke from Selkirk who thought I was on the wind-up.
  2. Probably the biggest English football news in decades, somehow I'm sat in a boozer in the borders that's showing Indian cricket and honestly get the impression I'm the only cunt in here that knows this has happened.
  3. 9 years ago to the day since I took my missus out for dinner and had it slightly disrupted by a bunch of Rangers fans having an absolute shitfit at losing to a part-time, managerless Stirling Albion. Good times. https://www.heraldscotland.com/sport/13075929.stirling-albion-1-rangers-0-gers-lose-lowest-team-senior-football/
  4. Like Lucio Fulci synced up to flight of the butterflies.
  5. Thought I'd lost you. This is a particular highlight for me. Probably everything ginger has done well over the last few decades crammed into one song.
  6. Ha. Thats a bit harsh. They've matured a little bit since '93 like, but probably only in that sense though. This one sound like they album I was expecting them to put out 20 odd years ago. Less Faces and more Cheap Trick commentating on SLF colliding with Cardiacs on some motorway in the arse end nowhere.
  7. Only a few weeks ago? Where the fuck have you been for the last 30 years? It's utter nonsense like, only held together by how well cast it was and all the ridiculous Seagal-esque one-liners. Back on topic though, I'll say it again: Still no love for the new Wildhearts album here yet? South-Shields most prolific songwriter just put out arguably his best work for decades. https://youtu.be/X_R05mwiWxE
  8. Police Scotland at least trying to introduce measures to reassure the public when dealing with lone police officers. Far from perfect but at least a better response than the "advice" issued from the MET. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-58776349 Not mentioned in the article: apparently even off-duty cops without a radio will also be obligated to go through a similar process to commit an arrest. Far from perfect like but miles better than the response from Cressida Dick.
  9. There's a line between "aye you're right, she's fit" and "fucking hell that was a bit rapey sounding mate, fucks wrong with you?" that really shouldn't be as fine as most blokes seem to perceive it to be.
  10. Ah fuck I could've worded that better, just to clarify I'm not trying to suggest that Japanese phonics are akin to fart noises.
  11. Aye, the wet/dry switch is really what made it for me (engaging my inner 12yo). It definitely stinks of that Miku video.
  12. This is much bigger than a policing issue if you ask me. The problem is a severe lack of male accountability for rape culture.
  13. This. The whole "all men" rhetoric is likely all down to the fact that we don't fucking call our peers out often enough when they're acting inappropriately. The result is folk like this cunt Couzens get a string of rapey allegations to the point their colleagues (supposedly) refer to him as "the rapist" and it's all just a big joke until he actually actually murders someone after raping them.
  14. Definitely not me but I'd be lying if I said I'm not sitting here wishing I'd thought of first: Kickstarter Pedal
  15. Nightmarish. Imagine accidentally finding yourself as an adult and getting carted back home to yer parents.
  16. Not really my cup of tea but refreshing to see a Canadian metal band that doesn't involve Jeff Waters or Devin Townsend and isn't Voivod I guess.
  17. Honestly wasn't criticising the film or the cast, I genuinely think this was the highlight of Kiedis' career.
  18. I'd argue the cameo in Point Break a few months earlier was the real beginning of the end. https://youtu.be/aMukX7yVSTM
  19. Bloody immigrants. Not coming over here to take our jobs.
  20. Aye Jim Morrison had a point, people are fucking strange. We all have our moments tbf. Given that they're also Scottish (which weirdly seems to be main point of contention) I'm fairly confident it's a non-issue that could be easily solved over a whisky and a quick chat to guage how many generations back our families are probably connected.
  21. Aye, tbf I missed the first half of it kicking off and woke up to a few bizarre messages accusing me of nicking their Intellectual Property. It's all good though, kept me entertained on an otherwise uneventful Thursday. Best part is I only made four and gave two of them away to Simpsons fanatic friends, had no real intention of making more anytime soon.
  22. Thanks for this Tom. I've just had 24h of getting brigaded by the GojiraFX fanclub. Turns out they're also based in Scotland and quite precious about the idea that another Scot would have the audacity to take an image from a Simpsons episode and put it on something that resembled an overdrive pedal. Last fucking time I listen to you. (Actually I don't mean that, the daft bastard shared my listing to his 6k followers. More ideas like that please!)
  23. Not quite. According to the article the youngest was 14.
