  1. if he is a mackem, tell him giovanni pernice bounced the fucking bones out of her when she was in strictly.
  2. I'd actually be a bit gutted if the lovely faye turned out to be a closet mackem. proper minx when she had her dreads!
  3. at great personal sacrifice i might forego any attempt to get a ticket for this as well as not bothering to turn on the tv, instead listen on the radio whilst needlessly re-weathersealing the rendering on the back of the house. it seemed to work for our trip to craven cottage. we need goals, hopefully isak can be loaded up with a paracetamol and ibuprofen combination and make a start along with gordon, who i and many others thought looked decent yesterday, not so a minority of one! as for saint-maximin and to quote (nearly) the legendary haircut 100's 'love plus one' masterpiece.... where does he go from here, is it back to the bench i fear? aye aye aye aye aye ah aye aye aye aye aye ah ps..... if anybody feels a thread starter needs refreshing i'll happily delete this.
  4. they usually only roll out the big guns like that to interview alex hurst.
  5. widely thought coventry had our eyes out when robson brought him in for £6.5m was impressed with gordon when he came on yesterday, looked anything but a headless chook. excited to see how he develops, would certainly be starting before your mate asm next weekend.....
  6. if you go back in this thread to round about when it starts hitting double pages and for a few thereafter there's a striking similarity to how the last couple of pages of the latest match thread are developing.
  7. falling apart at the seams. I sincerely hope we make the cunt unravel on the 18th.
  8. really disappointed, started off like a house on fire. all those clamouring for maxi to get a start, me included, might well of blown his chance of another one. can't believe wilson didn't bury that header. thought gordon looked mind, but all in all feel gutted we've thrown 2 points away.
  9. never ask you bunch of utter cunts for advice again. could've cashed out at £207
  10. cheapest ones on seatsnet.com if you're feeling flush, rising to £2,250 if you fancy sitting at side of the pitch instead of behind the goal!
  11. you probably need to ask on rtg mate. they're the experts on wembo.
  12. I think it's what michael palin's pontius pilate would call a well known sylvester stallone character.
  13. fucking hell. he is to being a comedian what ShirtBrigadeLtd is to being a replica top entrepreneur.
  14. in fairness it was a very mild rant and only scraped the surface on my views of the n.u.s.t. should you ever be over here and have the dubious fortune to be in me company after the thatcher's gold has been flowing its probably in your best interests to change the subject.... or leave the pub!
  15. I think it's very sad flack took her own life, I think the general point I was trying to make is covered above.
  16. the role of the police is to investigate a crime and gather evidence, the cps must then decide based on what is presented to them whether or not it's sufficient to bring charges and provide a reasonable chance of conviction. clearly they thought that was the case. there's also the criteria of whether to pursue a case in the public interest. regardless of why key witnesses withdrew their involvement, the video evidence appeared pretty damning to me. let's hope greenwood doesn't go on to replicate his behaviour with another young lass in the future with potentially worse consequences, otherwise it would appear the public interest has been failed completely.
  17. what? the point of the post was to highlight the ability of the cps to pursue a case without a key witness. something they've been very keen to do in one instance but not another it would appear. I'm well aware domestic violence works both ways, but it was a million mile from the point I was trying to make.
