  1. not having that alex, I was loftus road when he made his debut against yeading. he was beyond fucking abysmal.
  2. I'm sure dyer paid for the room for them on his credit card? I could be wrong, not that it'd make any difference, I would've still hated the little cunt anyway.
  3. we also had the infamous grosvenor hotel spit roasting incident. sure there was other stuff?
  4. had to go then, same as gullit. you don't fuck about with mary poppins and live to tell the tale!
  5. aye, as I said in the post above it all makes pretty grim reading. it just feels to me that the club are treating the average supporter as some kind of almost criminal rule breaker who must be banned at all costs. the cunts. be interesting to know exactly what percentage of away tickets are being made snidey. if 52% of those that are are being left uncollected it would seem to indicate that there's a fucking load still being passed on do you think? there's a lot more people walking away after a failed scan than there is people going and successfully picking up their replacement!
  6. I'd agree the timing was wrong, to say nowt about the choice of replacement! plenty of people thought he'd have gone in the summer though.
  7. off the top of my head I thought we were 4th bottom, 2 points from four games?
  8. his team was in decline, people were asking justifiable questions not only about this but also whether he was up to managing a bunch of young twats and that it might need someone a bit more capable of hauling them back in to line than a bloke in his 70s. I don't recall at any point robson being hounded out, that's a mackem myth. I do recall though that supporters doubting robson being able to turn things round would've liked to have seen him moved 'upstairs" rather than sacked. not unreasonable I don't think. the problem was shepherd's choice to replicate ferguson's hairdryer approach was the cunt souness, whose blackburn team was only one of three below us.
  9. I suppose you'd want the cost as high as possible from a psr perspective, but you just know man utd will claim it was unexpected horticultural costs due to covid, and richard masters will say aye ok.
  10. you honestly think weve regressed as a squad in the last 2 seasons? both the left and right backs we've spent £60m on in the last 2 seasons have broken in to the national first team. burn has arguably been our player this season. we've acquired the services of a £55m Italian international who was missing last season. our left winger is establishing himself as an england regular, but whose club form has largely failed to justify it. our swedish international striker, has been patchy at best, his best form seemingly reserved for games where he's putting himself in the shop window. we're 12th in the league, we've beaten 2 of the 7 teams below us..... tell me, why is this a rip roaring success?
  11. the lack of consistency is a massive issue, we look exactly like what we are, a mid table team which is capable of raising its game against the big clubs. we need a massive upturn in form against clubs we would've been beating, if not last season, certainly the season before. we haven't got a weaker squad than 2 years ago, there's every chance though that we'll finish lower than we have done for 2 consecutive seasons. not a fucking cat in hells chance we'll hang on to isak if that's the case, and not a cat in hells chance howe will hang on to his job either.
  12. so inconsistent it's actually fucking pathetic. woeful 2nd half.
  13. I was in the gallowgate for a game last season, can't remember who it was against now and there was 2 blokes in their mid 20s sat next to me. i have no idea whether they were season ticket holders or members to be fair, however if they were the latter they'd pulled off some minor miracle as I struggle to get 1 in the ballot never mind 2 together! anyway, they spent the entire match showing each other videos on their phones of some rave they'd been to the night before. weird cunts.
  14. 1) aye it was. 2) aye, noticed a couple of dozen headed out from where I was on the aisle towards the rear of block s and t, odd behaviour I must say. 3) not many bigger critics of it than me, what would you replace it with though? are you linking 2&3 together? last season when we played forest on boxing day I was in the very back row of block t, there was somebody stood by my seat, but the one next to it was empty, bloke in his early 30s at my seat asked me if I'd mind having the empty one which was his as he wanted to stand next to his mates. told him he could fill his boots. he went on to add that the seat I'd bought was the only one in the entire back row which wasn't 'owned' by a season ticket holder, I wasn't sure whether he was having a little pop or not. anyway, long before the start of the 9 minutes of added time the ONLY fucker left stood in back row of block t was me.
  15. there's times with jordan where you would literally never get sick of punching the cunt, quite often actually. however on psr he's spot on and sadly pretty much a lone voice among prominent media types to state it. martin samuels has done a couple of decent articles too? hat doffed though, he conducts that interview very, very well.
  16. ballot fail for wolves, that's 0/10 this season. bollocks to this shite, last season for me this is then I becomea full time dodgy firestick man. fucking outrageous that wolves was a £50 category ticket anyway, not that £47 is much better mind. read this the other day on n.o. .. the lad's subsequently appealed through supporter services who've flatly refused to revoke it. the cunts can't fucking wait to ban people and it's fucking outrageous that members don't have the facility to transfer a ticket to another club account holder. newly released minutes from the fan advisory board meeting with the club in early november regarding both home and away ticketing policies makes grim reading too... https://nufctrust.co.uk/news/fan-advisory-board-meeting-formal-minutes-nov-4-2024/ more bans, indefinite ones, you could literally kick some fuckers head in in the stands and be convicted in court and get a less severe ban from grounds than what these cunts are dishing out for passing on a ticket at face value to a mate. they can go and fuck themselves.
  17. you wouldn't even fucking believe how much I need a haircut as well.
  18. 'we have to back the players we have' with the exception of osula it would seem?
  19. fair enough by edwards that. talking to me old man on the phone yesterday and were discussing exactly the same 3 players. all hypothetical but the old man was saying despite being over the moon at beating the bindippers he'd actually be fucking disgusted if those 3 put in a performance. can get where he's coming from to be honest.
  20. makes me think that the 19 who voted we should be going all out to buy a bright and shiny new right winger instead of a defender are wise and knowledgeable, whereas the other 14 should probably start watching tiddlywinks or something instead. just saying.
  21. odds on osula getting more than 5 minutes? zero.
