Documentary - Racism on the football terraces

remember them being victims of customs on a trip back from amsterdam! black gary from manchester was no push over either, fast as fuck, wouldve put m9ney on him hitting tyson first! -
one of the most tragic things about the whole thing i think is the excuses churned out for not supporting a boycott particularly amongst blokes of my own generation and even down to those a decade or two younger. blokes who take their kids/grandkids who have themselves witnessed the relative good times of keegan the player, keegan the manager, robson the manager. a competative club/team which although winning nowt, fucking tried. we even had a couple of trips to wembley in the 70s. we now have a generation of kids who have next to no hope of ever getting the opportunity to see their team in a cup final or giving the best in the country a decent challenge over 90 minutes on a saturday afternoon and by continueing to turn up and line ashley's pockets these fathers/grandfathers are achieving nothing other than ensuring they never will. make no mistake as long as ashley has a tat shop in every high street and retail park in the citys and towns of this country he will continue to own and use what was nufc to advertise them, unless the association becomes toxic to him. i really struggle to see why some people are failing to see this and aren't at least prepared to give it a go.

would love to see it empty, but realistically what do you reckon? going to guess at 42,000ish although there's every chance a big money signing (for ashley's nufc) will pull in another 3 or 4 thousand. a crowd of less than 40,000 would be a reasonable show of discontent from our support and although not enough to financially piss the fat cunt off would be sufficient to raise some discussion in the media.

this is gonna be hilarious. perhaps even funnier than the big wheel episode of bottom.

it fries my fucking brain that the club i fell in love with as a 5 year old and has been such a huge part of my life can now be something that actually makes my flesh crawl. 12 years of one man's ownership has overseen one extreme of emotion to another. i detest the fat cunt in a way that's really quite alarming. as for steve bruce, he's shown his true colours plenty of times in the past. he obviously has the moral fibre of a dead slug. will fit right in with this bunch of utter cunts. burn the fucking place down.

pinched from google reviews, the orange tree pub, totteridge.... Went here for a sunday lunch a week a go. Absolutely horrendous. There was a fat tramp in there wearing big flappy jeans and very low quality, out of date sports wear, probably Donnay. He was sat by himself and had 5 dinners on one plate and was shovelling the food in to his mouth with his dirty fingers. Except he missed a lot as he was very drunk, I counted 12 empty pint glasses on his table. He then got up and vomited in the fireplace. I complained to the staff about this disgusting behaviour and was told 'that's Mike Ashley, he comes in here all the time' I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, TILL ASHLEY HAS GONE

been another flurry of kba pr reviews on trustpilot. fill your boots before keith does all he's good at and deletes the truth.... https://www.trustpilot.com/review/kbapr.com

the ashley statement, it's something ive revisited a fair few times over the years. it reminds me a bit of true romance, (the greatest ever movie) no matter how times you see the classic scenes between slater/oldman, hopper/walken, gandolfini/arquette, you know what's coming but it keeps you spellbound nonetheless. i can just imagine the fat cunt wobbling back from a night in the orange tree impressing the chicks with his flappy jeans and barfing in the fireplace trick, thinking i'd better write the geordies a letter when i get home. sat there, giant sports direct mug of lidl brandy in one hand, tiny cock in the other and shooting his load just after penning these lines here.... I have the interests of Newcastle United at heart. I have listened to you. You want me out. That is what I am now trying to do but it won't happen overnight and it may not happen at all if a buyer does not come in. fucking incredible really. i always remember arguing with me old man (then 71) in the lead up to the game against hull on 13 september 2008 that the ground should be empty after the stunts the fat cunt pulled on keegan. we got all but a full house. at that point the cunt knew he could do what the fuck he liked here and get away with it. 11 years later and me old man in his 80s reckons newcastle supporters are their own worst enemies. he doesn't expect to see nufc achieve anything of any note in the time he has left. nor do i, 26 years his junior, in whatever there's left to me. and still we appear on the whole to be happy enough to alllow one man to vindictively take the piss out of not only our football club but the city itself. fucking gobsmacking really. bit like the shoot out at the end of true romance.

aye. think he set his stall out from the moment he wrote (by bishop) his heart rending letter after the keegan fiasco. horrible cunt.

i honestly believe ashley is making calculated decisions as to how far he can upset supporters and loving every minute of it. he'll be well aware of the consequences of having constructively ensured benitez didn't sign a new contract. he'll happily live with the loss of season ticket holders and will be confident that even a successful boycott of the arsenal game (ie season ticket holders missing a game) will only be a very limited and short term show of dissent. it'll 'blow over' he'll be well aware that an appointment of bruce will be as popular as that of maclaren but that the majority will 'give the new manager a chance' despite all but the terminally stupid knowing it'll inevitably end in relegation. something he can live with. i'm astonished we haven't seen the return of the king, you can only assume ashley has decided that it's perhaps a push too far at the present time. id bet me house however that pardew has been considered and still isn't beyond the bounds of possibility.

i have to confess to taking an occasional peak at kba pr on trustpilot. some of the reviews are hilarious and they obviously really piss him off as he's constantly reporting them, eventually they're removed only for another flurry of outraged 'customers' appearing to relate stories of gross incompetence! cheeky twat has taken to getting his mates to write good stuff as a batch of 5 star reviews suddenly appeared. could've been mackems i suppose!

just in case anybody is remotely interested (and this is a rare picture!).... then back to my ashley hatred and no more pub stuff!
-
that's a later picture of the doll after it was taken over by s&n. matthew brown who sold slalom d (shudder!) and theakstons were subject to a hostile takeover by s&n in about '87ish. the original matthew brown sign of a broken doll is really difficult to find, although i have got it somewhere, ill try and find it an old tower pc in the loft. hat doffed to those who mentioned the barley mow, was another cracking pub back in the day, although the doll and the mayfair will always give me the fondest memories! anyway, just thought id mention the s&n takeover by virtue of an ambiguous link to the thread itself!
-
aye! eloquently put!
-
the broken doll was an exceptional pub, in my humble opinion, the best one newcastle ever produced. the clientele varied and 'colourful' to say the least! was an absolute travesty it was pulled down and ranks right up there with the loss of the mayfair ballrooms and ashley's treatment of keegan as the 3 biggest tradgedies to ever hit our city!
-
anyway.... apologies if ive had a bit of a rant and derailed the thread! take it easy and enjoy your sunday evening gentlemen!
