a marathon 4 hours of the police/sting on bbc2 tonight including a just about to start 45 minute interview with dermot o'leary about his life and career. it's a first airing and I'm very tempted to watch it, if for no other reason than to see if he finally gets round to addressing the letters the mackems on rtg sent him about our takeover.

hesgoal work well for me for the brentford game, used it for the arsenal game too. in fact for the latter i mirrored it from me phone to the tv and was very pleasantly surprised at how good the picture quality was. i would try again if i was you, says the man commands total respect for his technical wizardry.

pretty reasonable to assume apart from being a bit unsteady on his feet his lips are gonna be very tightly sealed too. not the sort of 'incident' you want the lads at work or down the pub getting wind of!

a few years ago travelling back from italy i ended up stopping in colmar for the night and randomly ended up in murphys irish bar. these 3 lads rocked up and played for an hour or so, had the place on its feet and quite probably one of the best unplanned and random nights out i'd had in many a long year! a footnote..... the violinists chick was an american bird, very minxy but sadly not in the video. he's far more talented than nigel kennedy and probably not an aston villa supporter either!
