  1. wanted a burnley win. only cloud for me though is that's even more gutting we gifted the scouse cunts 3 points the other week. desperate for them to go down, weirdly even more so than I am for the mackems to miss out on a play off place!
  2. thing is, I would've took two points if offered before the run of 4 away games. we've got 3 after a good win at southampton and a spirited and unlucky defeat at chelsea. last 2 games have been fucking shocking, particularly today and to compound the misery at the hands of 2 teams which I shouldn't really be anything other than impartial to, but which in reality, i fucking despise. very disappointing, desperately hoping we get back on track for the wolves game or CT might be holding the trump cards!
  3. watch it yer tart. if nowt else it'll make you nostalgic for the glorious performance at goodison a couple of weeks ago.
  4. 22/1 was building it up as an accumulor for each competition. as craig said the odds are shorter when it's offered as a stand alone bet, 20/1 was the best I saw. all obviously hinges on the two games against man city, i reckon if either were to win both of those games, theyll go on to win the respective competitions. liverpool look unstoppable at the moment, the spanner in the works could be them having to play us, obviously!
  5. just checking odds on 888sport and liverpool are 22/1 to win pl, cl and fa cup and complete quadruple. stupid waste of a tenner or not?
  6. probably causing a diversion for whatever adam johnson's up to in the car park.
  7. haven't even read the article yet, but I'm a 100% certain I'm gonna agree with every word of the above. furthermore, if the caller outer happened to be a born for the first time, frothing at the mouth supporter of human rights mackem, I'd deliberately go out me way to antagonise the cunt further.
  8. don't know how I've not seen this before as it was filmed in 2015, but anyway just sat through the story of the jam: about the young idea. absolutely superb, loved the formatting of it as well as obviously the songs, massively influential band. that said, first time I saw them was at the mayfair ballrooms I have zero recollection of it other than I was there because I still had the ticket stub years later. must've spent the night barfing up in the bogs like a 15 year old's supposed to do! saw them again at the city hall in '79 supported by the vapors during the setting sons tour. fortunately I remember this one, no matter how pissed I mightve been! sharp as fuck, tremendous band and a fantastic watch if you can catch up on it on.sky arts.
  9. @wykikitoon woke up this morning with an overwhelming feeling failure. I share the burden with our players for last nights abject display. back to you sir, I flew too close to the sun.
  10. granted. however, everton were fucking appalling and there for the taking, even with 11 men. it was a fucking shocking performance and a negative result against spurs takes away all our momentum. damn shame that I reckon.
  11. can't wait to wake up.in the morning feeling fully refreshed and it suddenly dawning on me what a great result result that was for us. hooray for you and gemmil.
  12. no. we had the perfect opportunity to bury even the remotest lingering doubts of getting dragged back in to the ĺshite and blew it. that was fucking woeful and while I don't for one second think we'll be relegated on the back of it, to paint it in any way as a positive result is fucking ludicrous. give your fucking head a shake man yer daft twat.
  13. aye, get fixed really quickly @RobinRobin bit miffed youve stolen my thunder though with your minor ailment.
  14. think I might've mentioned I had a horrific pitbull incident which resulted in a broken collar bone getting on a couple of months ago. anyway, decided I'd take a chance on going back to work a couple of weeks ago and quire quickly afterwards started getting pins and needles/numbness/pain in me right hand. assumed I'd maybe pushed things to soon and was getting a reaction for having done so, but it's got progressively worse till I ended up going back to the trauma clinic for another xray. they've decided its nowt to with me collar bone but by a bizarre and unfortunate coincidence I've got carpal tunnel syndrome. anybody else had or know of someone whose had it? it's a fucking nightmare, I literally haven't got the strength in me right hand/fingers to press the button on the van key fob or turn the key in the ignition. its fucking embarrassing being so pathetically weak and apparently can go on for 6 months and take a further year to properly regain the strength in your hand. fucking depressing!
  15. apologies wykiki, I've no desire to usurp your role as match thread creator, this is a one off and hopefully it'll be the catalyst for you to take over the reins for another long unbeaten run! I hate everton with a passion quite weird really as my first ever visit to goodison park.was a positive one, beating forest in an fa cup replay there in '74, gone downhill ever since and I sincerely hope we can inflict some terminal damage in their relegation battle. 2-1 to us!
  16. during me lunch break mate, however I now appreciate the pressure you were under!
  17. I admire howe's diplomacy and restraint me, if I was asked the same question my reply would be 'aye, so fucking what? they deserved it. I mean, it's ok when we work with our yank mates to execute mohammad emwazi by dropping 2 hellfire missiles on his head and then all do a little jig of delight and self congratulation, and rightfully so. about the only difference I can see is the saudis got rid of a few more and at least went to the bother of giving them a trial.
  18. I think wykiki needs to take a break. I started the man utd thread and our unbeaten run, I think the responsibility is probably back on my young shoulders.
