The crowd for that match at Oldham was 1107 with 50 Newcastle fans there. Meanwhile Sunderland played Grimsby away in front of crowd of 248 with 3 yes 3 mackems there. Respect to all those traveling fans btw. I can't find a thread about their game and support.

The first thing Moyes said when he got the job was he thought sunland were in a relegation battle as nothing has changed FFS ! Didn't do enough “due diligence” my arse, he was just totally crap.

I don't believe we were 4/1 to go down at the start of the season, we are only 7/1 to go down now and we have 14 points https://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/relegation

At the start of the season most people had us down as favs to get relegated, 4th bottom was the target. While a miracle is probably an overstatement, long shots to stay up would be more appropriate. Now with points in the bag, i'm very hopeful we'll stay up. Maybe if/when we do it will be a minor miracle. And, yes it's down to having a class manager because i have no doubt what so ever if Carver, Pardew or McClown was in charge of this squad this season we would be relegated for sure

Ewerk is right. Hopefully.

If we survive with this squad it will be a fucking miracle.

The good news is mackems are bottom of the fizzy pop league. SMBs

The game was there for the taking, lack of quality up front cost us. I'm glad we have the points in the bag that we have. We've lost to some pretty average teams this season, Huddersfield, Brighton, Burnley and now Bournemouth, a bit worrying that like.

Half wit gambling piss head drug taker Paul Merson 2-1 NUFC I was really disappointed with Newcastle on Monday night (in their 1-0 loss at Burnley) if I’m being honest, the only plan they looked like having was Jonjo Shelvey. It was a game you thought, ‘go and try and win here and kick on,’ but it did not look good to me. Bournemouth got a good result at Stoke, but I am going to go 2-1 to Newcastle. Greedy vile obnoxious gobshite Michael Owen Newcastle WIN Rafa Benitez has won all five Premier League home games played on a Saturday with Newcastle and I think he will make it six out of six when the Cherries visit St James’s Park. The Magpies weren’t at their best at Turf Moor on Monday but they are a different proposition at home and I think they can keep the points.

A little bit pre-match entertainment, Michael Owen hoyed off his horse A some people say horses don't like Newcastle United fans ! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2017/11/02/michael-owen-thrown-horse-gears-racing-debut-ascot/
